  9. bro i love you guys and the black guy here not that it matters..u guys shat on the queen understandable but nask fucking waste money on a rocket billions probably…whoopty due they hit an asteroid ok… global warming is happening now…do we need millions spent on a fucking asteroid right now!!!…how much co2 went into the amostomphere with that launch….nah you can't do this guy common now. like, my guys, NASA is cool but if shit goes left on this planet those ppl in the dart program that you're hailing or on the first Elon musk trip to mars while we all drown in water…seriously..I'm a forever fan this won't make me stop…but as Americans the very few I actually like this one is an l and it's not a capital L its a lowercase l….but seriously my guys u shit on Elon u shit on the queen..NASA is a governmental organization that Americans would deem as important enough to take care of if global warming gets worse and no one doing nothing the ppl that can have escape plans like nasa… is not a big accomplishment its a fucking distraction at this point don't you think maybe..this hurricane was already known about they knew what areas it would hit and how bad and they planed this NASA thing to line up with the hurricane…i might seem crazy but seriously things r weird right now i wouldn't put it pass a government institution to line up something fucked with some type of big humanity shit..like water is going to engulfed the world and we care about asteroids safety

  12. Why not just pay for employees commute? $20 + 75 cents a mile, or whatever. An extra $3/hr for in-office work. Fill up on company gas card, up to $100/week?
    Or offer less pay to work from home BEFORE they ever start working remotely.

  20. Hi Guys! I'm working for one of big financial company and they trying to make us back to office. I'm immunocompromised introverts living far away from office and i like my flexibility. I was hired in the middle of Covid outbreake, so thil now i worked only from home. So im trying as hard i can to awoyd this. Recently company createt special box where employees can left ideas what is wrog with work at office and what solution we propose. So every day i'm sending cople message there about how working from office sucks ans as a solution i'm writing "Just let us work from home".

  30. I never understood the use of child care and or Elderly Care as a reason to work from home.

    My understanding is when you put someone in daycare you expect the staff to keep a very close eye on the person that they are taking care of, however, how is that possible when an employee chooses to work from home to save on daycare?

    One would think when on company time their focus would be on company work, however, if you have a child at home, how much focus is placed on company work and how much focus is placed on child daycare?

    Does one pause company time and then focus on daycare and then unpause when they get back to work? Or do they use company time to take care of their child and still clock out at regular company time?
