Mystery Word – Level 3 Episode 2



Mystery Word is a series of videos meant to be used in a school setting (though others could use them, too), asking the viewer to listen to a rhythm and compare it with two written rhythms. Each of those rhythms have a number, and the correct number should be written down. The viewer will need a sheet of paper and a writing utensil to complete this activity.

These numbers will spell a mystery word by the end of the video (there is a decoder “page” in the video before the answer is given).

Audio is generated by Notion, and the audio track is a copyright free song from the YouTube Audio Library, Peony Morning, by TrackTribe, which requires no attribution.
