Holy shit that first one sounds traumatizing
Was in school and a friends of mine name Melanie who was slightly suicidal ran up to me and start crying a saying sorry I asked her what happened and she just kept crying and saying she was sorry and when we sat down she layed on my lap and died of an OD I held her till EMT showed up and it was one of the worst days of my life she had so much to live for and I did my best to make her happy and I’m happy she died next to someone she loved and not in a dark place all alone 😞 love and miss you everyday Melanie
I witnessed a death yesterday… and it was partially my fault. I was at my grandparents’ house with most of my family, cousins included. I was running around trying to catch lizards while everyone else was swimming in the pool, and eventually I finally caught one. I went around and showed everyone, then went to release it. My grandpa and uncle had been making hot dogs and burgers on the grill, and it was still pretty hot. When I set the lizard down, it jumped down onto the grill and fell inside since the lid was still open. It couldn’t get out, so I tried to help it. Unfortunately by the time I realized I could open the side of the grill and help the lizard out, it was already too late and the lizard had died. I don’t think I’ll be able to bring myself to catch any lizards again after that…
Now, the lizard DID bite me, but I don’t think it deserved to die because of that. By the way, I did give it a funeral, and yes I made sure it was actually dead so that I didn’t accidentally bury it alive. R.I.P. lizard 😞
As a medic in the army I watched a lot of people die. But one of the worst was an 18 yo kid who went into a bathroom and put an M4 under his chin. They were short mortuary affairs personnel so we had to assist in bagging him. I don't care how much in love you Think you are, or how hot they are… No one is worth dying over. 2nd was a 3 yo Afghani girl we're 99% sure died of shaken baby syndrome. We have no idea if it was the father or mother. I held her as she died. Then I had to give Dad cab money and send him home with his dead child. It was a war zone. There's no CPS or justice for children there. Even less so now that Biden has abandoned them. FJB. So many dead… For nothing. So many friends lost. So many children left behind. If I were still in the military I would self- terminate before serving under a POS like him, a blatant traitor to every American value
My best friend Zion Faith Mills died right in front of me on highway 29 in Greer south carolina on October 17, 2009. We were drinking at a party and the person who's house we were at got mad and made us all leave and it was raining, we were all 6 piled into a small 4 cylinder truck. the driver hydroplaned, over corrected and flipped the truck throwing me and 2 others out the back. Zion was in the front middle of the cab. We pulled her out and laid her down bc cars had stopped and ppl were getting out to help. She was then ran over right in front of me and several others by a black suv. I heard her last breath. Seen all the blood. It still effects me to this day
