  1. The detective pretending he had surveillance video of Kaitlyn purchasing the prepaid credit cards used to buy the poison led to a confession that she bought the prepaid cards. I think she's still maintaining her innocence but It's difficult for me to get pass this part. Kaitlyn's supporters are saying the incriminating info on Kaitlyn's phone was done by Adam using a hacking technique. I wonder if there are other experts that can corroborated or debunk that.

  2. She's guilty. There must be something wrong with her to go to those lengths to get back at Adam. Horrible, senseless crime. She has no remorse. She didn't even seem upset that Mary was dead.

  3. How can she stand there and say "I'm innocent"? The evidence proves she is not. However, I'm still asking what was her motive. Revenge against Adam seems so senseless. I'd have liked to hear more about her motive during deliberations if I were on the jury.

  4. When Kaitlyn said poison was a lady's weapon, she probably read that during her research on how to commit this crime. She was just too dumb and couldn't keep her mouth shut. Not to mention she licked the stamp. I thought self adhesive stamps had replaced self lick stamps long before this crime. Most envelopes are self adhesive too, but DNA on it wasn't mentioned.

  5. I live here and the trial hasnt even started yet! It was just on the local news yet again the other day. And hth did they get such clean shots of downtown??? It's a mess down there, garbage and crows everywhere!!!!

  6. The fact that the defense attorney couldn't build a substantial case to refute the prosecutors argument that Kaitlyn did it is proof of guilt. The prosecutors job is to provide evidence of guilt, and the defense is supposed to provide reasonable doubt and they couldn't do that. I feel sorry for the attorney that's so staunchly protecting her in the face of so much evidence and has none of his own to truly prove she didn't do it.

  7. defense attorney: our circumstantial evidence is stronger than the states..
sooo, is that like being a little bit pregnant? a woman is either pregnant or she's not.. on the other hand if it quacks and walks like a duck, it's a duck! circumstances can be a flashing neon sign.. denial doesn't change the circumstances.. and even if there's a bulb or 2 or a few out in the sign, it can still be read.

  8. I'm a disabIed RN. I promise you no one would commit suicide by Colchicine poisoning. It's a brutal, miserable way to die.

I'm onIy a few minutes into it, but women are poisoners, I will truly be surprised if the kiIIer is a man.
It's truIy a horrible way to go. Someone wanted her to suffer.
    RIP ❤prayers to her famiIy.

  9. I was rather surprised to find out that they left out much of the story here. You know who agrees with Katie Conley and her lawyer? Mary's sisters! Mary had four sisters. One of them is with Bill Yoder. All the others defend Katie and blame both Bill and his son Adam.

  10. She says she is innocent, BUT how does she explain… The DNA on the poison bottle? How does she explain the poison company saying they talked with a young woman when she ordered the poison? Also, she knew exactly where the poison was in his car. She is guilty!! 🙄🤔🤦🏼‍♀

  11. How can it be manslaughter in the first degree? Like, how is that even possible? Manslaughter means it wasn't planned. First degree means it was planned.

  12. Isn't Colchicine available only by prescription? Wouldn't she need a DEA# to purchase it? How was it paid for? Couldn't the method of purchase be traced back to her/
