The metal plugs have already been debunked. One everyone is probably familar with was the spark plug. It too was surrounded by rock 100k years old! but was really just a case of normal geology. You could see an english serial number on it and it got people SO worked up, ah, how funny.
When they sawed it open in last few years or decade, that's just what they found. An old sparkplug from early days when they were used much more than today. It settled in a type of soil that hardened, turned into rock through normal processes, and then put on display for years alongside these other "out of place mysteries!!!" that aren't true at all.
A sparkplug can be found anywhere on the crust of the earth by now. Big deal. It doesn't mean time travelers or aliens, it means a lazy human dropped it and didn't pick it back up.

With all the empirically verified “out of place artifacts” found around the world, has it ever occurred to anyone that our so called “dating systems” might be wrong????
