I believe that the monster is the first woman's husband. he has blood stains on his face when he was interviewed (or maybe I just don't know maybe he was punched by the police) and that I think, David is that woman's lover too. maybe his anger changed him into a monster who also doesn't just punish the disloyal women but also make the disloyal men suffer

  33. But how do they know the women are disloyal when only one was portrayed as to be having an affair 😀 i think it was mainly the fact that they were in the right place at the right time. Also i dont understand how "murder me monster" is a "clear" clue to the monsters location…? More like a coincidence. Finally that ending wasn't even an ending I have more questions than answers.

    The movie is about a monster but is a reference to loose vaginas and STDs and what loose vaginas do to society.
    This is why the monster has a mouth with cheeks that look like dust flaps and opens to look like a spread diseased vagina with teeth.
    Basically the moral is: sling your loose pussy around, you will break up relationships, rock the bedrock of bonding that holds society together and you will spread diseases and probably die of a sexually transmitted disease.
    This is also why the monster can "possess" men who have been known or alluded to having affairs with loose women. The green good symbolizes the STDs which is why the mean who had affairs with the loose women have the green goo marking them as having caught an STD from a loose woman whether they realize it or not.
    Not sure about the eating of Cruz's arm but it is most likely symbolic that he is too far gone in his lust for loose women that he can't just jack off to handle his bad decision urges which is why the monster ate his jackoff hand with a giant disease riddled vagina.
