I feel bad for whoever's going to be part of the next Niji EN wave. Either 1) you're incredibly naive and about to get your ambitions, mental health, and emotional well-being crushed by mismanagement, or 2) you're joining for fame and are about to realize that not only is it unlikely that you are going to get that fame, it isn't gonna be worth all the trouble you're about to go through. Hopefully, next year will be a better year for Nijisanji, for the livers and for their fans, but I won't hold my breath.

When your talents feel this way, like leaving means they are finally free, there is something fundamentally wrong somewhere in the company and it isn't the talent. That goes for every company, not just hers.

I’ve just now realized that my sister’s first job (a retail job that was basically fancy Goodwill) was somewhat like Nijisanji. She would talk about how people would just come and go, with some maybe lasting a couple of weeks.
