1. Jazaka Allahoe gairan for your explanation brother. I'm just confused about the term Madkhali? There are some respected scholars with this name. Where does this term come from? And my other confusion is that Madkhalis should be of the "other extreme". Your explanation about Madkhalis comes really close to the explanation of what ahlu sunnah should follow according to the hadith. I understood the two hadith exactly like the defenition of Madkhalis: Standing behind your leader no matter what as long as he is a Muslim.. Hope you could clarify more about this term.     I have huge respect for brother Daniel because the work he did for enlightening the Ummah on the dangers of liberalism.

14. Brother Sajid, you mention good information regarding the proper Islamic stance on Muslim rulers. However, are you saying that Shaykh Rabee' ibn Hadi al-Madkhali and/or those who take from him are from the Murjiah? I want to assume that you do not believe this, but your message about "the other extreme" (see 4:05), strongly gives this impression. You should clarify that Shaykh Rabee' does not say that 'nothing can take you out of Islam'. Nor does he say 'you should only praise the ruler'.

    However he does say that if you see an issue in him then advise him in private, or make dua for his guidance, etc. The position of Shaykh Rabee' (and those who take from him), on the topic is the same position as al-Albani, bin Baz, Fawzan, Muqbil, Uthaymin, Ibn Qayyim, Ibn Taymiyyah, and the rest of the 'Ulema of Ahlus-Sunnah.

    Please clarify this matter lest your statements be taken as slander of the Shaykh, and lead to others parroting that slander, which would ultimately lead to many bad deeds being accumulated for yourself.

15. "Madhkalis" is a term like "aljaami" invented by Suroori-ikhwani people to label those who call to obey muslim rulers..because Sh. Rabee Al madhkali حفظه الله and Mohamed aman Al jami رحمه الله are the first ones who exposed the head of modern day khawarij sayyid qutb and many heads of gulf ikhwani-khawarij. Some times they accuse them with "Irjaa" falsely.

17. MashaAllah… Wise, as usual, May Allah reward you and help you stay in the straight path as we see you.. nahsabuka kadhalik. Being very selective on who you support "even partial support" helps staying in a peaceful position for a better dawa condition…. May Allah open the eyes of those who are against you and help them not enter in a blinding arrogance. If they chose to ignore hadith sahih and clear about khoroodj, let them get rejected by Rassoul Allah (S) at el hawdh and be told suhqan.

    يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ

    O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.

    Surat al-Nisa 4:59

    Ibn Umar reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

    السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَإِذَا أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا سَمْعَ وَلَا طَاعَةَ

    Listening to and obeying the leader is an obligation upon a Muslim, whether he likes it or dislikes it, as long as he is not commanded to disobey Allah. If he is commanded to disobey, then there is no listening or obedience.

    Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

    يَكُونُ بَعْدِي أَئِمَّةٌ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ بِهُدَايَ وَلَا يَسْتَنُّونَ بِسُنَّتِي وَسَيَقُومُ فِيهِمْ رِجَالٌ قُلُوبُهُمْ قُلُوبُ الشَّيَاطِينِ فِي جُثْمَانِ إِنْسٍ

    Rulers after me will come who do not follow my guidance and my tradition (sunnah). Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body.

    I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what should I do if I live to see that time?” The Prophet said:

    تَسْمَعُ وَتُطِيعُ لِلْأَمِيرِ وَإِنْ ضُرِبَ ظَهْرُكَ وَأُخِذَ مَالُكَ فَاسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ

    You should listen and obey them even if the ruler strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey.

    Awf ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

    خِيَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَكُمْ وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَتُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَشِرَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُبْغِضُونَهُمْ وَيُبْغِضُونَكُمْ وَتَلْعَنُونَهُمْ وَيَلْعَنُونَكُمْ

    The best of your rulers are those whom you love and they love you, who pray for you and you pray for them. The worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and they hate you, whom you curse and they curse you.

    It was said, “Shall we confront them with swords?” The Prophet said:

    لَا مَا أَقَامُوا فِيكُمْ الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مِنْ وُلَاتِكُمْ شَيْئًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ فَاكْرَهُوا عَمَلَهُ وَلَا تَنْزِعُوا يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ

    No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you find something hateful from them, you should hate their actions but not withdraw your hand from obedience.

21. The title is a little bit misleading, akhi! It suggests that you are sort of in a middle position between Madkhalis and Khawarij, even though you apparently hold on to the same believes as Shaykh Rabi' Al-Madkhali. I'm glad I watched the whole video. Also your unclear stand on Shaykh Al-Madkhali's believe looks kind of like a tawriya to me ^^. May Allah be with you, Akhi.

25. Brother, I will agree 100% with you, if you remain true to your words. What is your opinion about Mohammad ibn saud who took money from the Britisher to revolt against the Muslim ruler of Makkah? It is well documented they made takfir of everyone. After capturing Makkah, they forced the scholars of Makkah to taka shahadah again.

29. This is the difference between Br Saajid and the rest like Br Hijab and Haqiqatou; Saajid is a graduate and a learned man from big scholars whilst others aren't. Haqiqatou is originally Iranian and not once did he criticise that filthy country that is so unislamic on so many levels. Saajid has wisdom that one can see.

35. Hope someone will compile all the hadith related to muslim rulers obedience and spread it as much as possible as number of these hadith are quite lot . A real muslim cant ignore a single one of it . Also all the ulamas verdict on the matter that rulers obedience is must .
