  1. Thanks, Adam, for defining meteorological terms! I really appreciate how clearly you explain what you’re experiencing and the thought process behind chasing decisions. Looking forward to Spring!

  2. Awesome timelapse of the Helena, OK cell! We were right under it and saw a very weak circulation but didn’t count it until it was put in the DAT. Great job despite the unfortunate circumstances!

  3. Oh man…a flat tire while attempting to notch-ride an HP is a worst-nightmare chase scenario. That's why when it comes to HPs I usually just settle for shots like at 2:39. However even when trying to keep your distance the unexpected can happen, especially with, as you mentioned, the often dicey quality of rain-slicked back roads in the Plains/Midwest.

  4. sometimes even the most experienced storm chaser makes a wrong decision, we all know it happened before… that being said, I think every storm chaser that comes through Oklahoma should visit the Twistex memorial at least once to pay respects to them.

  5. This is the kind of video stormchasers don't often make, and it's great because you're honest and humble. Aknowledging our own mistakes never comes easy, and you do it gracefully. Oh, and thanks a bunch for showing in live pictures what the radar scan means! That was priceless!
