  1. Uncle Ryan you didn't take your nephew Tampa Jay! Well at least your watermelon is safe tonight. The airline is called Spirit, you have to keep your Spirit Up while flying the sky's

  2. Adam, you need to get TSA Pre-check. $85 for 5 years. It’s lightning lane for security checks. No removing shoes or belts or laptops AND extremely short waits. It’s totally worth it!

  3. All in all, looks like you had a nice stay in Orlando and a good flight back to Cleveland. I have been stuck in traffic jams in LA and in Miami that were longer than your delay. These things happen. The crews at Spirit are top notch. Safety is number one and their record reflects that. Almost 800 flights a day says something too. The mechanical issue was resolved. The flight crew did the right thing. Spirit does NOT cut corners. The FAA views Spirit’s safety practices with high regard.

Your comment on the lights coming on outside means that the jet was cleared in to the runway or to cross a runway-this is standard industry practice. All exterior lights come on for takeoff. This is also standard industry practice.

The comment on the bag not being checked as you boarded and if you could have gotten it on without paying the set fee incurs a comment too. The gate agents can see your boarding pass and zone information. This is how they “see” that a bag was paid for, or not.

Like you, I too, like the Juan Valdez Coffee. Maybe I will see you on my next Spirit flight. I regularly fly Spirit to Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago and Las Vegas. I fly with them about twelve times a year all for personal and family reasons. “Catch the Spirit!” Used to be their TV advertisement years ago. Today, they do NO TV advertisement because the flights are already mostly full.
Don’t just have a nice day, have a great day!

  4. Adam I love your content and don’t mean this disrespectfully but by all accounts you make a very decent income, with multiple domiciles and I’m going to guess you are writing off business travel and a lot of the ticketed items when you aren’t already getting for free. Fly on the major carriers. When vloggers do stuff like this I think it reduces the reputation of content creators in general, the same way celebrities tweeting at airlines makes them look petty.

  5. Spirit airlines SUCKS ASS…. Spend the extra for Southwest or American… I’ve flown international on American several times on 10 hour plus flights with meal service blankets and pillows on newer airbus planes….

  6. Terminal Tower used to have it's own Instagram page. They would post a photo of the building lit up and then explain why they selected that particular color scheme for that evening. I thought that page still existed.

  8. Cause I have never had another airline be delayed….in orlando…..and the flight was still cheaper… I have noticed a lot of the arrogant youtubers look down on frontier and spirit and don't see it for what it is.
And how many pilots actually have kept you informed of the truth of your delay. Grow up

  9. They draw you in with the cheap ticket. Then make up the difference with all the addons. I have never heard of a good experience from people I know that have flown Spirit.
Living in Atlanta (Deltas major Hub) I always fly Delta. Never had a negative experience flying Delta. Flown first class to main cabin. The tickets may be more expersive, but it's worth it for me. Plus with miles I can get cheaper tickets.

  10. I have flown SPirIT one time and one time only. In 1999 I drove from Columbus to Detroit to fly the airline to LAX non-stop, for $90 round trip. Not a bad deal. Well, our flight from Detroit was four hours late leaving with no explanation. To top it all off, they forgot to book me my flight back to Detroit so I had to spend over a grand to fly home on another airline. All I got in return from Sprit was an offer for a discounted one-way to another city. No thanks. Never again. Welcome to the Buckeye State! Sorry your trip started off so lame. Thanks for the countless experiences. Been wacthing for a few years now and have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Keep being you!

  11. I’ve never had any bad issues on Spirit. Maybe some delays but not everyone can afford to pay to fly Delta and Jet Blur lol. Also when you book through cheaper airlines, you know you pay for carry-ons, drinks etc, and seat selection. I don’t see an issue when you know all this before booking. It’s cheap for a reason.
