Idea: A guy is walking around town offering samples of freshly baked pastries from a new bakery he has opened. He is kind and polite with no bad intentions whatsoever. However. He has a twin brother who was condemned to a mental asylum after he started thinking he and his twin were one person split in two and he wants to kill and eat his nice twin so they can become one person again. But he doesn't know what his twin looks like after having spent years in the asylum, and while they both have similar hair, skin, fingerprints, and blood, they have completely different hairstyles, clothes, tattoos, and hygiene.
So the evil twin kills people he thinks are his brother and bakes them into pastries he eats. But since he is still the same he assumes they are not his real twin. While the good twin is a baker who makes tasty pastries he gives out as free samples. And is assumed to be the murderer after police find his fingerprints and maybe blood on a crime scene, even if he was on the other side of town giving out pastries.
This would make for an amazing way to see how the players of PGN would try to figure out how this nice baker is murdering people across town while giving out fresh pastries as samples.
