The buckle is stuck and he needs the tools to unstuck it.
Another good Dragon movie you should watch is Dragon Heart starring Randy Quad and Sean Connery as the voice of the Dragon.
Can you and Jen please react to the new transformers film, transformers one it’s by FAR my favorite tf film and piece of tf media in general, and I think you two would love it.
Loved this reaction, you and Matt reacting to these movies are very much like me and my friend where we dive into some inappropriate humour but have fun with it and just make the most of the movies. Awesome to see Matt on more and more though
Fun fact those tiny dragon’s that tries to steal the fish. That is the style of dragon in the book this movie is based on.
Hopping on the "Great to see more Matt" train. Jen's great of course, but I love and relate to the way Matt dissects movies, the lines, and hidden lessons. Truly an entertaining watch!
I think that his dad's pride at what he was doing was less about status and more about the fact that at first, he didn't realize that his son was becoming his own person and he didn't respect that, because he didn't see the good qualities that his son was forming. When he saw his son about to go fight the dragonHe realized that his son was more of a man than he thought he was, he realized that his son was willing to his life on the line for others, which showed courage strength and determination, and I think it's this that really brought him around. He misunderstood hiccups, motivations until he saw the man, the hiccup was really becoming. Once he saw who hiccup was really becoming, he became more open-minded Hiccups different worldview. Because he saw that he could actually respect his son like a man therefore, he should consider what he has to say. He also saw first-hand that hiccup had successfully tamed the other dragons as well, which was proof that hiccup was right.
6:05 Saying “Acid reflux” in unison is friendship.
How To Train Your Dragon Is gotta be one of the greateses animated movies Ever Made🐉
how dare you do how to train your dragons before shrek 2-3! LOL
We love Matt !!!! The king of fitness !!!
haven't watched these movies in many years now but if memory serves me they just keep getting better with each new installment.
I think he’ll like the sequel better. It’s got more emotional moments
28:04 shout out to 🫒for swinging and hittin the target!
32:05 Really good take from Matt. One of my favorite moments from the Christmas movie Elf is when Walter apologizes to Buddy BEFORE he learns that Buddy was telling the truth. That's what gave the apology its power. But I do think this movie gives Stoick enough small moments to keep him out of stereotype territory (his vulnerability with Gobber, his excitement when he talks to Hiccup after returning from the hunt, the moment of grief he feels after disowning Hiccup, etc.)
Id love for you to do the series Arcane with Matt or ofc Jen. I think Matt would appreciate many of the awesome lessons and quotes from Arcane tho!
I can see Matt liking the second one more, especially the stuff with his mom.
As far as the "live action", when 90% of the movie is cgi, that's not live action. Cgi is a computer cartoon.
Can you guys watch How To Train Your Dragon 2.
You guys should watch Bo Burnham's Inside, I feel like Matt would actually like it to a degree if he isn't overly confused by it
How to train your friend to enjoy movies
I love this movie, but yeah. I also can't stand Hiccup's voice. I feel like it detracts from the character
7/10 is pretty outstanding coming from Matt. Lol. I do think there's a chance he would enjoy the sequels more for the more mature storylines. These movies get me so deep as someone that really loves and appreciates the human and animal bond. It was really nice to see a storyline that teaches that way of thinking for kids. <3
Holden, Can you react Both loki and penguin
I love this movie because I watched it at the right time, but I probably won't watch the live action adaptation. Love you guys, thanks for being here Matt!
Httyd also has tv shows dragons riders of berk dragons defenders of berk and race to the edge in that order i highly recommend them they take place after first movie before second movie
18:30 what song are they singing?🤔
I’m so scared when u guys watch Kung Fu Panda…those movies changed my life and is still changing my life to this day. Also has AMAZING bygone Jim moments!
Kung Fu Panda Holden Reaction
this might be the first person I've ever seen not like this movie 🤯
The more i watch matts react the more i appreciate it💯 i enjoy his take on movies
I have disagreed with MANY of matts opinions, but i always love hearing them. I feel like a lot of reactors just hype up anything they watch to appeal to the fans even if they dont really like it, so its nice to have someone unapologetically voice their opinions for once.
Your friend is 100% a real life definition of a super normie. How the heck he hasn't seen HTTYD before?
