  1. I already heard this pastor and I agree with this man. It is a hard reality for him with the losses he has suffered with his own family. I don't trust any Communist like putin. They want the return of the old Soviet Union. Biden is not really supporting them and you are correct why we as conservatives should step up the fight and create a push to get Biden to not be a slow Joe unless he wants to prove Trump right about him being sleepy. I mean to taunt him into action if have to and as Republicans we shouldn't be trying to stop him on this issue but instead lightning a fire under him to move and move quickly and if he does then I don't care that I really don't like him we need to back this move and save Ukraine and save the world from great tyranny. God help us if we fail now. Putin and even the Russian church is nothing but a fake KGB operation even though they said it was disbanded. No it is all renamed like the same dog wearing a different collar. They are fake and do not follow my Lord because preaching genocide of a people is not Christian and Jeshua said "by thier fruits we will know them." They mock God because they are just using his name in vane to do evil and if anything is antichrist that the fruit and when they make like they praise God in his spirit and sing the words to kill Ukrainians they are blasphemous of the Holy Spirit. I say to them beware because there is nothing more fearful than to fall under the wrath of an angry God. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the actual unpardonable sin. If they think that recent storm was something strange if they continue that will just be the beginning. Yes we shouldn't be divided as conservatives. I know that the left tried to point the finger at Trump saying he was colluding with Russia which was a load of poop and why I was sarcastic about what they were saying because when does the left come against the left??? Trump gave them javelin Obama only sent blankets while Biden took advantage of them by having a prosecutor fired that was trying to help the government stop corruption. It really makes no sense to me why we as conservatives should stand with the wrong side just because of rival politics. We would be hypocrites if we did that. Support Ukraine!!! I will not vote for anyone who doesn't and I want to make that very clear. I don't care what party's they represent if they don't represent Liberty they don't and never will represent me. I hope someone is reading what I am saying up in Washington D.C. I know I don't need to say all this to you professor because you really got it straight and I stand with you 100%. I am tiered of getting my phone bombed by these politicians who give me sided surveys and all they really want is a hand out. Do something to really deserve it because for my whole life they been fighting over the same issues with nothing ever really being done and if you're an American like myself and are sick and tired of all their talk talk do nothing please let's get this message to support Ukraine and liberty through out the world. This will not end with Ukraine it will soon be knocking on our backyard. Venezuela is already threatening it's neighbors and our borders are compromised. Come on my fellow Republicans let's give a shout out and wake up this slumbering giant that thinks he's so big he can ignore this danger. I have said too much. Sorry professor but this really has me fired up.

  5. I give you huge respect for doing what you do everyday for Ukraine. But honestly what cant you understand with the so called fair weather conservatives? We have been flooded with BS for 30+ years from conservative voices on Fox, Limbaugh, Pat Robertson, NRA, Buchanan , numerous figures in office, that democrats are literally evil, theyre coming for our guns, they want to replace us (white guys) with "other people" so on and so on. Whether its the border thats only an issue when Republicans are not in control or any attemp in recognizing any inequality that exists just between ethnic groups its all tyranny to them. As when November 2008 came and suddenly the notion that 1600 Pennsylvania Ave is not called The White's House the base lost their flipping minds and we've been in this muck of hate ever since. Now that social media engagement gets candidates donations and amplifies outrage why would Republicans in office ever stop?
    I was the youngest elected person / Republican in the state of Ohio in 1997, by 2000 the national and statewide hypocrisy woke me up. It blows my mind how we went from Eisenhower to Trump. And these people you're trying to persuade too many if them see is Bidens war, also illegitimate president, high gas prices, high cost of living (because the stalwarts of capitalism seem to have forgot how supply and demand works especially after a global disruption) and the world is on fire (but not by burning carbon, oh no WW3 so this must he the end times and with a certain other region thats in turmoil thats only important because of man made prophecy, theyre sold on it.

    Whats even more sad is the educated conservatives that KNOW BETTER, yet they do not care and they'll believe in biolabs and naught sees in Ukraine before they'd ever believe Putin is terrible and trying to rebuild the Soviet Empire. Heck we have naught sees here throughout the US some in Congress.
    2020 flipped their rational switch into full blown conspiracy theory mode, and when tou have clowns like Musk and Trump, Crowder, Walsh, Rogan, Shapiro, putting out stuff daily while Russia is amplifying anything they can to keep ourtage peaked.
    Seriously most US flatearthers have red hats, and you goti any space related topic on Facebook, IG its flooded with people saying not only did we not goto the moon but the moon isnt even a rock in space and the sun and the moon are inside the dome. How do you compete?
    Honestly I think Dark Knight broke us, that Joker brought the crazy to the front of the line, so now everything is part of some plan, nothing is what it seems because every bad thing in America is some false flag.

  10. I never considered myself to be a Republican or Democrat but I've always voted for Republicans because they had the best candidates, which has been a low bar to reach. Now I find myself without any likely one to vote for. Nikki Haley would be my choice but it's going to be awful hard for her to get the nomination. One thing I will say is this: anyone who aspires to be president of the US has an obligation to the country to be very familiar with ALL the issues. V. Ramasalami doesn't know the last thing about Ukraine. He spouts the most outrageous lies. Unfortunately, so many Americans have so little knowledge about Ukraine that they take his lies as if they were true. If he had any integrity he would spend 10 minutes doing the most basic research on Wikipedia. But I don't think he wants to know the truth. I hope Nikki Haley will expose him for the liar he is in the next debate. slava Ukraini!! 💙💛🙏

  11. Prof, I don't know any GOP member who supports Russia. Its just some people don't think this is our fight. They think it is Europe's fight and they are wealthy enough to support Ukraine on their own. I am frankly torn, because we have NATO obligations and I fear a Russian victory is dangerous for NATO and the US. On the other hand, Europe has got to quit freeloading on the American taxpayer and the American military. China is a far more dangerous threat to the US and US interests. We can't handle both as we are too weak and too broke. To the best of my knowledge I don't know anyone who trusts Russia. I just read reports in the WSJ, the NY Times, and Newsweek that basically say that Ukraine is on its last legs and out of arms. I don't know what the truth is, but I do know that I don't trust this President, this State Department, this Defense Department or anyone else in authority. We need the truth about the war in Ukraine and right now we aren't getting it. Our government doesn't trust the American people to tell them the truth. Our government can't function if its government won't tell the truth. To echo the words of Air Chief Marshal Dowding, in order to win, Ukraine will have to inflict greater than 5 to 1 casualties if they are to win this war. If those reports I read are accurate, they are losing this war badly as they only have 2 to 1 casualty ratio. We need a viable plan to get that ratio up and quickly. I look forward to having that plan proposed and implemented. Otherwise, Ukraine is dying for nothing.

    I am embarrassed that there are Republicans who don’t realize the opposite of a little Democratic aid, is not zero aid, it’s massive aid to Ukraine to finish the war quickly.

    As to the US southern border what are the chances Russia is using social media in Venezuela, Guatemala and other countries to massively enflame the problem?

    As to the related fentanyl problem, if we can not deal with Russia in Ukraine how are we going to shut down China’s supply of Fentanyl and the precursors it is selling to Mexico?

    These are all dictator related problems.

  13. There is a fair bit of hubris in Americans slamming Ukraine for supposed corruption. Particularly when their encumbent President is being investigated for corruption, a significant proportion of the political body is corrupt.
    The fact is that corruption is endemic in an awful lot of countries and the United States is not immune to it (24th on the global index).
    America has done a significant amount of both good and bad in the world. My personal beleif is that it has done considerably more good than bad but it aint perfect (My country is currently number 2 and we certainly are not perfect)
    Ukraine is quite open about the fact that there is corruption which largely appears to be a legacy of the Soviet Union. They are also quite open and active in trying to control it. Unfortunately there is no magic wand for corruption it takes a long time and a lot of work to root it out.

  14. I don't do the God thing but that doesn't mean I can't do the Conservative leaning thing Prof. My politics fall around about centre with a leaning more to what emanates from the right than it ever will from the left. Though I do not discard everything they say or propose.
    My first awareness of the extreme left came about through my G/Father – he fought in both world wars on fighting ships throughout the Royal Navy. He was wounded in Tobruk harbour after his ship was bombed by the Luftwaffe – his wounds were so extreme he was invalided out of the RN in 1943 – He died in '70's never having fully recovered. He was completely anti American and avidly Communist!
    My Mother and Father were both Army. Dad an artilleryman of 18 years, Mum a physical training instructor (about 5 years) I in my turn served the crown for 50 years, 16 of them in the British Army.
    My first posting was to BAOR (British Army Of The Rhine) at 17 years old having completed two and half years training. (In those days you could join the Army at 15) After the initial few months of growing into adulthood, learning new skills and putting them into practice, the rites of passage – over indulgence of German beer/wine/food and enjoying a man's wage I settled into a serious pattern of what the military expected of me.
    Suffice to say I got to see and hear exactly what you and this Ukrainian Chaplain are espousing in this clip and your explanation of it. The sheer deceit, downright lies in the best tradition of Orwellian warnings about authoritarianism and the consequences. Pure bloody evil Prof. Western governments/officials/agents are far from being of pure innocence in the machinations of power on this planet but what came from the Soviet Bloc, China and their acolytes was as scary for me as I left the services as the day I saw the proof of what this nether world we were facing was capable of – and the lengths they would go to to ensure they kept an iron grip on it and try to subvert everything from the right side of history – at every given moment and every single action they took, in all aspects of life from sports, schools, right up the social ladder to our political spaces included (we were democratic, we allowed them into our circles – they were authoritarian, we had to, somehow, find a way into theirs which often meant death or misery for the person(s) embarking on this.
    The democracies, greatly supported/financed by the might of the US (not through the goodness of their hearts, I hasten to add. Protection of their marketplace was the prime mover – it was a two way street however and the US was, for sure, the right choice for the Europeans to lean toward) The Soviet dogma was akin to shooting themselves in the foot and it slowly bled out. We all thought something positive might, just for once, emanate from Russia and for a short while it appeared it just might.
    It did not and Russia re-invented itself using their old tried and tested techniques blended with good old fashioned organized crime and evolved into Tsar Putrid's new Nova USSR/Russki Mir, if he's allowed to get away with it.
    Far too many of us (not this little lad btw) have been hoodwinked by Tsar Putrid, his propaganda and the way so many of our leaders/influencers have been hoodwinked into following his horror (Orwell/Huxley tried to warn us – we were entertained by what they foretold but we learned nothing, probably because that required thought and we'd rather not face that reality) The original followers/devotees of Marxism were called (I believe, by Stalin) useful fools as he continued to undermine all that was good and decent in the world. We now have the modern version of Stalin (as one dies there's at least one more born) with his brand of horror using and recruiting the same useful fools.
    This started as a short note of support to you Prof – Not intended as a lecture to bore the crap out of you or anyone else – apologies if that is the way it has turned out. I am just an old man, full of memories/knowledge and scared for the future of my own family in particular and for the future of democracies worldwide in general.
    Divide and conquer is as true today as it ever was. The US is not divided by accident or evolution. It has been brought about through the machinations of a dark/cynical/twisted dogma determined to undermine it in any way possible – it appears to be working.
    The whole of the free world needs to see and hear the US carrying out what it set out to do – lead. It needs Americans to wake up and smell their own coffee or lose the ability to choose when to wake, what coffee to use, what to think whilst drinking the coffee, which state channel to watch on TV whilst having that coffee, which news item they are going to be authorized to voice an opinion on and most of all which opinion the Russki Mir will supply them with once they are authorized to voice it.
    First you will lose small parts of Europe – Ukraine is just a starting point nothing more. Then it will be the weak, small states adjacent to it, then on to the old former Soviet Bloc states which Russia, having taken nibbles of can now digest those states, then the remaining states which don't voluntarily sit at Putrid's table. Finally in Europe will come the UK. Once that beacon is extinguished North America can watch as a very much weakened, scared rabbit running from the wolf as plans unfold to bite off Alaska, agitate for friendly nations in Central America in order to bring Mexico to heel and start nibbling at the vulnerable US southern states and Canadian territory through Greenland/Iceland and Alaska – think that won't happen/is not possible? Think again – all it takes for evil to exist is for good people to do nothing. As true today as it ever was.
    At least research it people – as unlikely as it sounds today, it may come about if we continue down our current path.
    Stop Tsar Putrid and his invading hordes in Ukraine and it can be avoided (for the time being – they will never stop trying) Ignore the warnings and carry on in the current bickering/problem causing rather than problem solving mode and you will find the nibbling away of your freedoms co-inciding with the nibbling away of your friendly support in Europe and your neighbours to your south.
    The US will never be able to insulate itself against what is happening elsewhere in the world no matter how much certain figures within your borders wish to convince you it is possible. The bogey man outside will come for you once it has digested what it nibbled at on its slow, inexorable rape, destruction and genocidal slaughter toward your borders. Americans will not be immune – merely the last meal.

  21. Ukraine has not stepped foot inside Russia They could do so quite easily as was demonstrated by Wagner. Perhaps they should see where Putin hides this time and if he keeps the peace deal like the one he made with Wagner. Will the Republican party fall for the same deal?

  26. I speculate that GOP leaders aren’t pro-Russia or pro-Putin but rather pro-oligarch. Lawmakers are re-elected by campaign financing. With the rise of dark money and PACs, the wealthy and even foreigners fund campaigns. The wealthy support lawmakers and judges, so the legal atmosphere will favor wealth. Their vision for the US is the same as their vision for Russia: maintain and gain wealth, control the masses.

    I agree about the administration being too worried about what Putin will do. They need to stop it. Give the Ukrainians anything they ask for.

  38. I know Gennadiy Mokhnenko. He is a phenomenal man who I give mention of in my book, now published only in Ukraine. Gennadiy is a credible and lucid voice on this war, and on his nations road ahead. Whatever the challenges, this is a man who consistently brings solutions…primarily by motivating others with his inexhaustible energy and enthusiasm for life.

  41. Ukraine became a political issue due to the trumps and impeachment and the view of conservatives that Ukraine is corrupt, this in part being fueled by Biden’s deals in Ukraine. It’s sad that it become a partisan issue when both the US and Ukraine will benefit from Ukraine winning this war as quickly as possible. Because at the end of the day it’s the Ukrainians who have to pay in blood for are inability in the west to stay committed and provide enough military aid. Russia and its past ie the USSR have only brought misery and suffering on its inhabitants. Never forget the Holodomor, the attempts to suppress Ukrainian identity, the deportation of Crimean Tatars. The repression on former Soviet republics. The war crimes committed by soviets troops ie Katyn massacre, the rape of German women during the occupation of Germany in ww2, and more.

  44. I consider myself conservative or at least conservative leaning. My support for Ukraine is directly BECAUSE of those values: freedom, defending oneself, their family, homeland. I see the Ukrainians as carbon copies of us, brothers and sisters in freedom, and we will not be tread on without a fight. Having said that, I plan to maintain a place as a registered Republican and will vote for a pro-Ukraine candidate in the primary. Nikki Haley is my first pick so far. We need to make sure that whoever goes up against Biden ALSO supports Ukraine so that no matter who wins the general election, Ukraine wins.

  46. The war has entered a phase where neither side have enough military equipment to do any major breakthroughs. I predict this is in favor of Ukraine though, and if Ukraine some how can change their country enough to then really enter EU and Nato in the future, maybe in like 10 years from now. Russia will then have Nato even closer to their borders, effectively stopping Russia from ever advancing military into west and into Europe. Russia and its federation is also shrinking when it comes to their economical, political and military powers in the regions and around the world/globally. It will also put pressure on other countries where people demand democracy, freedom, a western lifestyle, civil rights, human rights, wealth, prosperity, welfare, etc. Its a potential risk for a future meltdown of the russian federation and also putting many other authoritarian countries at the risk of uprising, rebellion, etc like Iran, China, North Korea, Cuba, etc.

    From a bigger picture, the "war" between democracy and autocracy will take many hundreds of years but eventually the world will become united in democracy. When Russia finally becomes truly democratic this global process will speed up a lot faster. Its a key thing for the West to change the world completely where theres little room left for authoritarian regimes around the world to survive at all. But wont happen in our life time!
