  1. Looking forward to the 22nd
And after I beat the game will be looking forward to watching your play through.

Hopefully you’re able to upload as much gameplay as possible.

  2. The challenge demo was definitely better than the first prologue for sure.
That phoenix ifrit battle was underwhelming to say the least.

I still not a fan of the combat system here (and the seemingly lack of RPG depth) and the lack of playable party members will forever been a sticking point for me.

BUT the game demo did enough to win me over to buy, the story and characters and music doing the most of the heavy lifting here.

Disclaimer: I have no issue that it's a action RPG just the way this particular combat system is, it gives me too much DMC vibes.

And having the items and torgal button on same side I get mixed up which is in annoying AF 😂

  3. I don't know you and your channel but I've watched all the reactions I could lay my hands on and yours is by far the worst of them. Even worse than the channels with 2k subs. This was pathetic beyond words.

  4. Story is amazing so far, BUT combat feels too spammy. The overtly flashy combat is going to get old real quick because of all the burton spamming you need to do to kill trash mobs. Why does it take so many hits for Clive to kill low level enemies?

  5. Benedikta and Hugo getting it on so early in the game was a bit too extra for me, I thought we were gonna get a Game of Thrones sex scene barely 5 minutes into the game, before even any real gameplay!

  6. This demo was /s whack. How you gonna get me invested in this dope storyline and let me have an Eikon battle and then right when the Plot Bomb drops, "Thank You for Playing, See you on the 22nd" …. Just Rude. /s

This was an awesome Prologue to any game, and being able to see Yoshi-P and Soken's touches after playing 14 forever was really fun.

  7. note that doing stagger there's a damage multiplier that goes up as you do damage during the stagger period, you might want to save your big damage attack at around the end of the stagger window instead of what mr happy doing here, which is directly pop the cd during the start.

  8. I'm curious as to why the names of canines end in -gal in Japanese. Torgal here and in Vanguard we have Wingal and Pongal and a ton more with that suffix. I don't know any Japanese words it could be referring to either. Ones for fang and claw or tail, any of those animalistic traits are nothing like it.

  9. Amazing Demo and I am definitely purchasing, but I really hope they add the ability to completely change controller options, instead of having presets. The amount of hits I keep taking because my brain defaults "O" as being your dodge button was laughable.

  10. I like the Active time lore idea, I just wish it showed more. I had no idea what the “blight” is and the ATL didn’t explain what it was in the cutscene. Kinda defeated the purpose lol

  11. Great combat, beautiful cinematics, and masterfully told story. This is going to be Yoshi-P's Magnum Opus. Definitely going to be in my top 5 FInal Fantasy list.
