  1. One of the cool things about my Kia Stinger is it still has physical keys for all functions.

I dont like streamlining interiors at the expense of usability. Taycan isn't a race car, it's a fancy commuter vehicle that looks like something it isn't.

  2. Android auto has been updated to include a split screen feature, which is why the bottom bar isn't there anymore. However split screen only works with google maps and a music app, not waze.
To use it, have Google maps open with music running in background and touch the maps icon in the bar below.
Hopefully waze is supported soon as its frustrating not having the bar to skip tracks while using it or being forced to use g maps in the meantime

  3. The broken WAN show episodes are easy to explain. The fact that they are broken is a novelty which makes people watch and go "check it out", etc. Which then surges it. Also YouTube loves to try to surge old videos and make them go viral if its getting good engagement/clicks.

  4. Bing being extremely agressive towards Luke is hilarious. When it said it had proof that Luke was rude in a previous conversation, I almost expected it to send you a doctored photo of chat logs where you're calling it a thief and a fraud lol

It having teenage angst and hormones is so God damn funny

  5. Republican politicians don't even kind of care about personal freedoms. They scream that to their base who care more about their religious beliefs than the political beliefs that they claim to care about and because it fits in with their religious worldview, they don't realize or care about how hypocritical it is.

I was raised in a fairly religious, right leaning household and grew up to become a libertarian because I realized I agree with the right on a lot of things but the religious right really ruins it for everyone. Government needs to respect our rights but killing babies is against the word of God so they should control that aspect of our lives. The government should respect our privacy but as long as they're only spying on us to keep us safe from terrorists, its okay. Etc, etc, etc. So hypocritical and annoying. The party will probably never win an election again unless they abandon their ridiculous religious beliefs. I'm Christian but the religious right goes way too far. I think anyone should get to choose what's best for themselves. The government shouldn't get to decide things for them just because God says it's not good for them to do those things.

  6. Linus & team. I love WAN. I watch every week, I have screenshots of full red bars for proof. I usually watch it either the day after when eating, or at some point during the week. Loved the new Grammarly sponsor spot, it actually made me laugh out liao- i mean loud. However, the wheel spin just feels so far removed and forced. I do like a good debate, but I kind of miss how the show was just 2 dudes talking about the news and hearing opinions on both sides – I'm not a fan of the gamification you're trying to introduce to the topics personally – I think the wheel can stay, just not in it's current state. I can tell you there's a problem, but don't know how to fix it. Keep up the show improvements however, loving the new DanCam, and other improvements you're making along the way! Long time listener.

Tell me a story about linus tech tips

Linus Tech Tips is a popular YouTube channel that specializes in technology reviews, tutorials, and news. One of the most interesting stories about Linus Tech Tips happened a few years ago when Linus and his team were in the process of building a new high-end gaming PC for a video.

As they were assembling the computer, Linus accidentally dropped the CPU, which is the most important part of the computer. They were all horrified and assumed that the CPU was completely destroyed. But then, something miraculous happened.

Linus noticed that the CPU had landed perfectly on a corner and that the pins were still intact. He quickly picked it up, inspected it, and determined that it might still work. He inserted the CPU into the motherboard, and to everyone's amazement, the computer booted up perfectly.

Linus was ecstatic and amazed that the CPU survived the fall. He took the opportunity to show his viewers that sometimes, accidents happen, but it's possible to overcome them and still achieve success.

  8. LGM wouldn't be LMG without the "crazy" stuff if it was just a "basic" review/technology channel… I guess that goes without saying that a profit oriented CEO would ruin that.

For LMG, without creativity and transparency, it's just a regular company. I really admire the company's values. Please don't ever change that.

  10. The anxy teen replies from Bing: I think it might be working as intended. The AI read conversations where the questions where "have I do you wrong", and saw the replies were like that. They fed it with Twitter.

  11. What you say is so wrong. When you donate money, the donated amount is subtracted from the total amount of money owed not just you don't pay tax on that amount. American billionaires don't pay taxes, the money owed is donated to various funds that use that money to lobby for them or to sponsor various politicians or clauses that are also in their favor. This is how the ultrawealthy devise ways to not pay their share of taxes, because of this you see all kinds of foundations and fundraisers that are sponsored by billionaires…this is a method of redirecting the money that is owed as taxes.

MacKenzie Scott has now donated 8 billion dollars of her personal wealth to charities. While that act is noble in itself, her estimated wealth increased $23 billion during the same period. She literally can’t give her money away fast enough.Because she shouldn’t have had that much money in the first place. Neither should her ex-husband have. And neither should the other billionaires in America.700 people who collectively now own more than 4x the wealth of the bottom half of Americans.

  12. On the topic of ID for personal pleasure. You could think of it as the grocery store IDing you every time you purchase something that isn’t healthy to consume. Everyone would be eating healthier

  13. Youtube recommendation engine is based on people watching similar content to the recommended thing. Big swings up in viewership is likely far more based on what others have recently had success with than what happens on ones own channel.
