Rehashing the same game under a different title better mean actual improvement, because clearly itβs the same as mw2 but the menus just have different font.

Will there be solo or offline play?
Honestly, I can see Treyarch making some small round-based maps to finish up the MWZ season, either to set up what we might be doing in 2024 Zombies. Remember this takes place 40 years after the Forsaken ending and we saw Peck escaping to another country, and we assume that in next year's game, we will see where that goes or what becomes of that little story thread.
I really can't see them doing this mode all year. I see them giving us some kind of round-based Zombies if not to quiet all the angry and disappointed fans who wanted it.
I think they may take the Cold War route, where they have Outbreak and will update it while releasing some round-based maps. Im excited to try this mode, but I highly doubt itll keep players engaged all year.
They can just easily make terminal Zombies roundbased.
I donβt care we should have 1 big map and a small map at launch that is the easy standard and I wonβt lower it for incompetent devs and lazy practices

i hate to say it but this year isn't for zombies fans its for dmz fans im actually glad so we can get a god experience next year hopefully it's going to hit hard like bo3 or bo2

I'd say they're probably just gonna pull a vanguard and just turn a section of the warzone map and turn it into a round based map
Iβll get straight to the point; yes I am a old cod zombies fan, no I donβt absolutely hate outbreak and no I donβt wish for zombies to be linear in design. Im always open to new experiences, hell I played Cold War and grinded outbreak (even though I wasnβt a fan). At face value this does look OKAY but to me it feels more like modern warfare and less zombies. Cold War certainly had a more distinct feel for zombies with some of the round based mapβs dark and fantastical atmospheric settings and visually it looks like the more difficult zones will offer that same tone but I think I need to see more of what it offers in gameplay because listing things off like pack a punch, perks, wall buys and saying βthis is what we offer for the veteran playersβ isnβt much. I hope this yearβs zombies gets the needed attention it deserves because it pains me to see the core community less happier with each year of zombies.
Hot take. I wouldn't mind if CoD 2024 gets pushed back and we get a filler game or remaster game if it means we get round base and other content for MWZ.
It means that Treyarch gets more time to actually make a new and better game which is beneficial for everyone. Plus, me personally, I've been wanting a modern era zombies game since the OG MW3 and, while I'm being cautious because Warzone is what's really killing the franchise let's be real. I do wanna give this game a chance as it is what I've been wanting for over a decade… Damn I feel old for saying that.

All I want is a WaW campaign remaster i don't want them to change anything at all just the same campaign but better quality, and I'm not a fan of outbreak or dmz I just personally prefer round based

I just have a feeling after a week it is going to feel like outbreak was just smashed into DMZ . It clearly just a modified DMZ and it looks like they used the same missions from outbreak

In my opinion i think its better putting alot of effort on a regular size round based map with alots of details and easter egg… like back in days instead of a big map with lot of plain space

Either classic round based 4 player in some areas of the urzikstan map using the aether storm as the boundaries of said area or they could stick to the MWZ style of the game and have it be 24 player coop experience round based in a POI on the map. Also what I would love to see is 24 player grief mode on urzikstan POIs using the storm to keep players in said POI last team standing wins
Personally this looks like ass and now I have to wait even more for round based zombies? O.g zombies? For a dlc made game thatβs was supposed to have a 5 year cycle yeah my expectations are completely gone. Pray for the masses that buys this game just cause itβs the new cod.

I hope we get a Mob of the Dead or Blood of the Dead remake when Rebirth returns with the full easter egg and everything but with the gameplay changes planned for CoD 2024 as a test for that game.

Sounds like COD 2024 is gonna be the exact same engine and graphics again, which would explain why they will "test" stuff on MW3. My guess is we are going to have another 2 years of releases with the same exact graphics and carry-over.
They could just remaster waw or black ops 3 zombies and attach it to a new game and i would be happy. They keep reinventing the wheel as a square and are shocked when it doesn't roll.
Iβm excited for zombies in cod 2024, Cold War zombies had a really good foundation the only thing that it was lacking in my opinion was unique maps. Everything kind of just felt like an old bunker or facility. I miss when zombies maps had personality, like shadows of evil or mob of the dead or origins so Iβm hoping they build on the good they did in Cold War mixed in with the classic zombies style of the maps
