  1. Yep, Richard should have known that if you do not put a reserve price on the car at auction, then the risk factor of taking a huge loss is always possible. I have seen an old man selling his dream car a original Shelby many years ago, with no reserve price and the final bid was almost &90000 less than what he thought he will get. He was so angry and told the auctioneers that they have scammed him and demanded his car back. Of course they said no and not even a good lawyer could convince the old man, that he took a huge risk and got far less than anticipated.

  2. makes my soul happy to see richard lose money on anything he gets his hands on. his builds are always subpar quality at best and why his original builder left. got tired of pushing out over priced half assed crap.

  4. If I go to sell my special little car, it'll be advertised at a certain price, turn up and offer me just over half of the advertised price and you'll be told 2 words…… starts with F and ends in uck off, then you would have been TOLD in no uncertain terms to get the F**k out or a swift kick in the nuts will follow.
My special little car is currently locked in an alarmed garage, CCTV is also active, 1974 Ford Escort Mexico ex rally car, I've owned it longer than I've been married
