Hey Family,
I have unfortunately gotten food poisoning and not been feeling the best so we have had Mummy Ji given me a head and foot massage to make sure I am feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Slowly am recovering family thank you all for the lovely messages and love, I did get better but feeling sick again recently.
We are staying at Money’s Dadke this time while we are in India/Punjab, having lots of fun and just doing things that we wouldn’t be able to do while in New-Zealand. We had a jam packed day filled with fun on a traditional Indian Cycle. Money drove everyone around the village and had lots of fun, hope you all enjoy today’s vlog.

Please drink WHO ORS. it will help with hydrating your body after a bout of diarrhea. and to stop diarrhea and vomiting please take a pinch of nutmeg powder with a tsp of honey. it will help stop the loose motions, vomiting, and the pain too.

Oil of oregano in 1/2 glass bottled water as soon as you land in countries that don’t have proper water purification facilities. It kills everything in your stomach.

We just came from India, we use bottled water,next step we boil the water in kettle,then we use filter jug which we took from uk.We very rearly get upset stomach.The filtered water comes from the tanke,the tanke needs proper clean,someone can put anything into it to contaminate it.
