  1. My fiancée picked me up one as a surprise and, as much as I don't want to wait because i wanna see what I pulled, I'm gonna draft it with her and play a few games that way to get the real festival experience

  2. (3:57) I wonder how realistic it would be to pull off Wowzer's win condition? Heck, even casting the guy would be a feat itself, due to the CWUBRGS cost.
(5:54) Very nice. The original version of Aesi in CMR currently goes for about $25.
(6:05) Walking Ballista has some nice value too.
(6:50) Oh, Pitiless Plunderer is a valuable uncommon.
(7:01) LOL at the reminder text for Banding there. If you want the full proper reminder text for Banding, look at the playtest card Banding Sliver from Mystery Booster 1.
(8:16) City of Brass! That looks really nice!
(9:17) Well, that's interesting. Yeah, it appears to be an Italian Phyrexian Walker.
    (9:43) 🐮
(10:29) Dack Fayden is pretty cool.
(13:37) This playtest card is so silly, using a whole bunch of terms that make absolutely no sense for the Magic: The Gathering rules (the official rulings on this card are just as silly too). I guess that for actual functionality, it's just a white 2-mana 2/2 "bear".
(14:30) Serra the Benevolent is quite nice.
(14:41) Heh, Lich's Duel Mastery turns sort of turns this into a game of Duel Masters.
(15:26) Oh, very nice! Future Sight with the Future Sight frame!
(16:08) Whoa, foil Future Sight frame cards are really valuable! Scryfall says this one's worth about a hundred bucks right now! Ding ding ding ding!
(17:21) Heh, Narod is a neat twist on Doran.
(18:49) Wasteland is a really nice pull!
(18:52) Fetching Garden is an interesting twist on a dual land.
    (19:38) The Colossal Dreadmaw!!! YES!!!
(20:06) Huh, looks like that's a Spanish Vorstclaw.
(20:19) I think it's a crime that Spitemare doesn't have the Horse creature type, even though lots of other "mare" cards do. If I use it in a Shadowfax deck in the future, I'll see if I can "rule 0" it into actually counting as a Horse.
(20:23) Flickering Ward is a pretty good uncommon.
(21:05) Urza's Saga! Ding ding ding ding!
(21:13) LOL, Spuzzem Strategist. If you don't get the humor here, look at the original wording on the card Floral Spuzzem.
(21:57) Teferi, Hero of Dominaria! Another ding ding ding ding!
(22:44) Sensei's Divining Top! Yet another ding ding ding ding! That uncommon card competes with the big boys for value!
    (23:47) Heh, a quadruple team-up card.
(24:38) Oh, Bolshack Dragon's really cool! That's another Duel Masters reference.
