  2. White coffee is a coffee bean that is roasted at a lower temperature than the typical bean which is really a coffee seed. I makes it have a nutty flavor. It has a beige color. The lower roasting temp give the beans a lighter color and that is why it's a white coffee. Course there are two types of seeds Robusta and Arabica. Robusta is usually more bitter and has more caffeine and that is usually from what I just read used in producing instant coffee or espresso. Robusta is more bitter. Arabica are more standard beans which will give you more flavor. Since the white coffee is roasted a a lower level it will retain more caffeine.

  4. Yes! Didn’t I tell you Dead to Me was really good?? I loved it & binge-watched it. I was bummed when it ended. I kept thinking, “I wonder if Christina Applegate eats keto for her MS?” Now I pay attention to MS, because of Heath. In the past, I wouldn’t have given it a thought. I’m just glad you’re doing so well. 😊

  5. I think it’s interesting how you ponder, what would you do if you didn’t get the raise you expected? Also interesting is keeping track of your accomplishments ( kinda hard when you have work esteem issues)

  6. You have the right attitude, Heath. It would be really nice to get the raise you deserve and need but it doesn’t mean you’re going to quit or behave more poorly on the job if you don’t. You hold yourself to a high standard, no matter what, and that’s one thing I love about you! And I’m glad y’all are enjoying the coffee. The last thing I ever want to see is someone without their Dutch Bros! 😂

  7. Are you eating enough fat with your meals? I feel ravenous even after eating 2 meals if I haven't had enough fat too, not every day but it does happen. I keep browned butter bites on hand for such moments.
