tbh I'd try that quinoa salad, I also have a great recipe if you like quinoa:
cook it in chicken broth, add kale and shredded carrots near the middle/end of cooking (a lemon wedge thrown in is also delicious)
then mix together 1 part pesto to 2/3 parts of ranch dressing (to flavor) and add it on top. All that with some grilled chicken is good af and relatively healthy.

Cats are obligate carnivores. They get almost all their nutrients from meat. They cannot produce taurine on their own, an essential amino acid, so they have to get it from meat that they eat. They do snack on grass to supplement their digestive system, and it does have nutrients that's good for them. Dogs are omnivores, they can eat a very similar diet to humans, actually. Meat, vegetables, starches, and certain grains are all good for them. Under careful supplements and supervision, dogs can even eat vegan diets.
