To produce engines for the Tejas light-combat aircraft, Massachusetts-based General Engine would collaborate with the government-owned HAL. The last major acquisition was done on the eve of then-U.S President Donald Trump’s visit to India.

I think this drone deal will not make china worry as it will take few for the first drone to arrive in india.
As it is., china is already manufacturing various armed drones and exporting them to many countries.
China also currently operating hundreds of armed and survellance drones.
A few of these drones will have liitle impact as it will be divided among 3 services.
