for the differential , why not consider of mecerdez c220 (w203) is using CV joints and its entire assembly including cv joints and differential come as 1 part as i see you had to do more weling job of frames. why im saying this is because The 1 of mercedez is more lighter than that 1 meaning there will be improvement room of power and fuel efficiency.

An independent irs suspension and differential would have worked very well for this setup something like a Mazda miata rear setup then a rubber coupling from the bike motor to the diff. Can't wait to see this project done👍👍👍
