The mother knew her son was a bully but she did not do anything about it because she did not care. It showed through her actions. The school certainly did not care so the mother of the victim had to take action in her own hands to where the news media had to step in to twist the story around to make the bully appear to be the victim. This what happens when there is no strong, stern, and sensible father in the home who asserts himself with patriarchy and leadership.
