I don't know the details, but my daughter just got a job in Midtown and she doesn't understand why I want to sit and wait in my car for her when I get off, until she gets off. Being a parent is rough, trying to find the balance between hovering and giving them freedom to find their own way. Idc what anyone says, 18 and still in high school, she's still mommy's "baby." May she RIP and may her family find comfort.
Atlanta…we gotta do better. There's poverty, yes, but there are also programs available for young people if you truly want to be productive.
