My introduction to Mortal Kombat as a franchise, long before I ever played one of the games. Have it on Blu Ray. Still watch it every now and then. I also liked the two Sonic movies, but I don't feel like I want to watch them again as often as MK95. Did you see that video that explained how MK95 is a remake of Enter the Dragon, and that's possibly why it's so good?

When I first saw Shang Tsung in that nightmare intro, I was scared too. It’s straight up nineties nightmare fuel. I love everything about this particular movie.
Christopher Lambert’s voice is what landed him the role or it should be the reason. I still wag my finger and quote his “I don’t think so” line a lot.
I dislike the 4thsnake, with his endless crying over d’vorah and evil sindel, very annoying youtuber. Other than that, this video was great
Another thing about MK11's references to the 95 movie, when I was playing the story mode, I kept hearing callbacks to the movie's music in the games music, made me very happy 🙂

The 1995 film was pretty good in my opinion. It's the Annihilation sequel that sucks with its horrible CGI graphics, terrible costume design, and bad dialogue, namely the "Too bad you….will die" line by the actress who portrayed Sindel.
