Developer NetherRealm Studios took an interesting approach to Quan Chi for Mortal Kombat 1, reimagining him as a ālazy, clever fighterā who doesnāt like to get his hands dirty. He relies on his supernatural powers instead of martial arts, summoning skeletons from the ground and tentacles from an interdimensional eldritch beast to do his fighting for him. In fact, Quan Chiās uppercut move sees him summon a full human skeleton from the ground, which performs the uppercut on his behalf.

I haven't had an opportunity to watch "The Boys" (the most I've seen was the "it was perfect" meme), but I just love how expressive Homelander is, both audibly and visibly.

It's amazing that to a certain extent, Omni-Man and Peacemaker can illicit respect. Sometimes even a bit of sympathy because they do regret their actions deep down. But Homelander?- Oh fuck no. They all want to shove his heart down his throat.
