1) Creates the game in 4k 60fps with 40 TFLOPS (RTX 3090 Ti), runs it with 80 TFLOPS (RTX 4090), does it run at 8k 60fps and 4k 120fps? 2) How about creating games in 4k 60fps with Ultra quality with 12 TFLOPS, the Xbox series X has 12 TFLOPS. If you create games in 4K 60FPS with 80 TFLOPS the console will not be able to run them.
If you make the game in 4k 60fps with 40 TFLOPS, with 80 TFLOPS you won't get 4k 120fps or 8k 60fps. I see that TFLOPS work with 60 and 144 instead of 60 and 120. If you create the game in 4k 144fps with 80 TFLOPS in 40 TFLOPS you will get 4k 60fps. It has to work with 60fps and 144fps. You get 8K 60fps and 4k 144fps with the same amount of TFLOPS.
You are creating games in 4k 60fps with 80 TFLOPS, you have to create the games in 4k 144fps, with 80 TFLOPS we have 4k 144fps and 8k 60fps, with 40 TFLOPS we have 4k 60fps and 1080p 144fps and with 20 TFLOPS we have 1080p 60fps.
