I’ll be comparing the MoonDrop Blessing 3 to what is, in my opinion, its most formidable competition: the Final Audio A5000. The A5000 isn’t as explosively popular as Moondrop’s Blessings…but maybe it should be. Stick around to hear what these two moderately affordable IEMs have to offer.

  1. Its weird the majority of Blessing 3 reviews compare with older Blessings so I'm glad to see another perspective. The A5000 accomplishes this level of abilities with a single DD and all the hype is for the Blessing… 🤔 I have the A4000 and was actually a bit underwhelmed and didn't feel its soundstage was anything special, which was supposed to be its best feature. 🤷‍♂️

  2. I'm glad I got the final A5000 been using it for 2 months now and I can say that it is a one of a kind experience. With the Final signature sound, a colourful (v-shaped soundstage), that has a clear and firm sound with high levels of details (a very responsive iem if I may). But if you're looking for something more neutral sounding between these 2, get the Blessings, otherwise if you're looking for something more colourful, get the Final A5000. (After all it's a mid-ground between the Final A4000 and Final A8000 – an improvement over the A4000 by a significant margin and can somewhat be compared to the Final A8000)

  3. I think Final Audio is being very underrated in the era of affordable Chi Fi. I actually picked the A4000 over all other contenders in and above its price range and, for my tastes, it blew the likes of the Kato out of the water. I think the A5000 is just a logical upgrade for me at this point. Thanks for the comparison!

  4. I think the world is low-key sleeping on the A5000, well perhaps it’s a pain in the arse to have it shipped outside Japan (better in US or UK I guess, but the rest the world? Ugh) even in Japan, it was on back order right after launch. I got mine from Japanese online dealer and have been enjoying these for 4 months – they are my go to now for daily carry. Can’t wait to get the newly announced 4.4 cable!

  5. Hello,

I have been using premium true wireless earbuds (Sennheiser, B&O, Unique Melody etc.) for a few years but I would like to go one step further and buy a dac dongle for my iPhone and some wired earbuds. I'm looking for a crystal clear sound with dry and powerful bass (but not "artifacts" or overwhelming), incisive highs and above all very high volume, since I mostly listen to house/techno/minimal music/rock/pop (no classical at all). Documenting myself on YouTube I would have thought of this set: Luxury Precision W4/W4 EX (I would also like to understand the difference between the two, from the listening point of view that I have described and to know if they are "plug and play") and Moondrop Blessing 3 (I since these iems use a 3.5 mm jack and I wanted to understand the difference with the balanced 4.4 mm one and if it can be used with these iems) Do you think it's a good choice?! Do you have any other tips for me?! I am truly a beginner in the field and would gladly take advantage of your advice! I await a kind reply. Thank's in advance.

    Best,

    Paolo Cermelli

P.S. I appreciate yr YouTube videos and yr impartial approach!!!
