Personally i like the idea that this creature isnt a chaos spawn, cause belief in the warp can create reality or thats what im guessing, by passing down myths and legends that they maybe can incadnate beings who represent those myths and legends but in a more twisted way. I personally like the idea that although it looks like it might be a daemon of Nurgle, it is it's own entity. Its a god but a lesser one compared to the chaos gods. I think its based more off a pagan diety, we do have mythology of paganism, perhaps its inspiration is based in paganism mixed with the idea of a windego… But thats my idea, i like the fact that there are more horrors in warhammer than just the chaos gods, like there are pagan eldridge horrors now running around in the mortal realms thanks to the forces of chaos. Out of all of the Hammer and Bolter episodes, this one is one of my favorites. Thank you for reuploading this episode Counterpoints 😎👍
That ending fight scene was awesome against the mutated bear deer creature/ wendigo. Thought the 2nd in command of the marauders was gonna get clapped, but he sliced and diced that thing up. Great story too the marauders aren't simply evil highwaymen. Survival requires a degree of bitterness to be adopted, but they're still capable of moral contemplation.
Oh man, this is a tricky choice to make. On one hand you join sigmar but when you were chosen, you die and reborn with little memories taken until you're nothing but a soldier. On the other hand, you're a marauders who worship a dark god and being hunted down

Im new to your channel and to warhammer. I mostly interested in the warhammer fantasy ever since i played the first total war warhammer. I know very little on the 40k universe but i enjoy that aswell. Can you guess my favorite faction in the fantasy universe?
Yep norsca. Not a popular faction but i do love the chaos viking vibes. I never watched hammer and bolter before besides a few clips mostly following the 40k universe but i love this video about the marauders. Its fascinating that not all marauders are blood thirsty chaos worshippers that we are led to believe through games and lore but just some trying to survive through the world like the rest by following their own ways and gods. I do hope we get to see more of this marauder tribe in the future but from what i learn from the hammer and bolter series is that they are just one episode stories. Still one can hope.
Haha hearing someone trying to explain what our reality is, is laughable. You dont know where you are, son…but had you asked for the truth and invested time to pursue it, you wouldve known. Sadly, its not for everybody to yearn for the truth .. thus they shall die ignorantly and be reborn into this fake reality.
