  3. I genuinely hope the dinosaur king game has a non pvp mode because I think rock paper scissors multiplayer can only be so complex and very frustrating since it's very luck based

  6. The problem i have with dinosaur kingdom is copyright laws. Do they have the rights to do this? Because there is been scams where people say they will get the rights but don't. I wanna be glad dinosaur king is coming back but its easy to fall for things like this.

  8. So isn't the Dinosaur King game just a gacha game from what it sounds like? Looking on the KS page you get dinosaurs and moves from eggs via diamonds which sounds like a premium currency. Then they make it P2W since if you donate more you get stronger super moves from the start?

  13. Am more interested in another fossil fighter. Keep the old combat from the older 2 games but keep the cars from the 3ds games. I liked driving around digging up fossil made do some race also custom my car with better drills. Just the akward um auto combat? The combat was just not that fun for some people. I like the dino king cartoon never did beat the game I had on ds emulator. It's cool they got the dub professor to do the lines and I do wish them luck. I just was into dino king that much.

  19. You hit the nail on the head when you said they might just start releasing games regardless of the state they're in, being unfinished, etc because they know people will buy them anyway. They're kind of doing that already and it's definitely not just Game Freak. Spike Chunsoft is a HUGE offender when it comes to that and probably one of the absolute worst. Companies will even go as far as to post things on social media saying they're working on a patch, bug fixes, etc with absolutely NO real intention of fixing anything. Those are tweets used to keep the wolves from the door until later on when people just don't care anymore and people have moved on to other games. It's pathetic tbh. Almost every major company out there is pumping out something akin to garbage then taking their money and running. Sometimes you'll get those promised patches, sometimes you won't. The worst part is if anyone has a complaint, they'll often be called a Karen and told to shut up and enjoy the taste of feces like everyone else. I can count on one hand the number of game developers I trust.

  26. I really wish Dinosaur kingdom would get to chibi and switch goals but with only 17 hours left and only at $73,682 it will be extremely hard. Wish I found it sooner instead of randomly in my recommendations.

  28. Scarlet and Violet not a gold standard? The games have exactly 2 issues, performance and underwhelming trainer battles.

    The exact same issues that SwSh had, and still have.

    Why trainers are forced to only ever use 1-2 pokemon with "elite" trainers having 3 pokemon and then gym leaders etc having 4 pokemon, with only elite 4 and champions having 6 pokemon?

    But as far as actual gameplay mechanics, how TMs are handled, how move re-learning is handled and how breeding works etc, it's all been massive improvements in my book. The auto battle system is a fun niche thing for material collection as well, and the free open world is great even tho its clear to see they ran out of time as onle maybe 1/10 of the game has been detailed and optimized. The rest lacks detail and graphical issues are everywhere from rain to shadows. (Seriously go to the first route/around your house, its beautifully crafted and next to no performance drops despite this).

    Scarlet and Violet, and PLA tbh, are both massive steps in a better direction for Pokemon in terms of gameplay, but both are plagued by poor graphical optimization. PLA has mostly been patched to a decent place now however.

    BDSP to me where also a good showcase on remakes, I think they should've skipped the xp-share and maybe limited the encounters in the grand underground until post-game, but other than that. It was a good game, and a solid first effort by ILCA, whom honestly may become more ingrained since gamefreak has been struggling to keep up with pokemon company demands.

    I see everyone shitting on Gamefreak contstantly, but remember that its the pokemon company who decides over these games, if gamefreak were allowed time to make a proper optimized engine and tools to work in, then graphical quality would skyrocket, as it is, its painfully obvious they're not beeing given enough time to secure the basics before being told to make the next game.

  32. honestly though what i want to come is digimon world next order or a new digimon world game on the xbox. its crazy how much potential these sets of games have and im sure they'll eventually make a new one. maybe itll take power scaling into consideration and will become wacky but rewarding

  43. DUDE! Got the refund. it's only for use in the eShop though!!

    I texted the US Nintendo number and talked to Freddy.
    I asked if refunds for the game was possible.

    I would say Freddy was a robot but he texted this
    "Why would you want a refund? do you have a problem with the game?"
    I copied and pasted this so it's exactly how it was typed. probably still a robot.

    I said
    "This game is a unplayable and a joke. How can it play worse than Arceus?
    I believe the fans have been let down and we need something in return."

    he asked me for my switch serial number and then turned into a robot

    "Once you have purchased digital items, you cannot return them, get a refund, or exchange them for other goods. These digital items are made available by Nintendo and the game's publisher as a digital product in the form of a license (right) to trade or exchange for other digital products within the game.

    Per Nintendo's Terms & Conditions, we aren't normally able to refund digital purchases. However, let me look into your situation and see if there is something I can do to help.

    Here's what I can do for you: I will forward your incident to our administration group to see if there is anything that can be done."

    I got the email later that night with the refund. It does take the game away though.

    DO IT NOW BEFORE THEY GAMEFREAK AGAIN AND STOP REFUNDING

    I may get it again if they fix it all.

  47. If SEGA officially brought back Dinosaur King, then I would be ecstatic.

    Also, to all those people mentioning Fossil Fighters, that game was garbage and I hope it stays dead lol. Dinosaur King was and still is way better imo
