Battle Gem Ponies lookin 🔥
The thing about Pokemon Go is that it has alot of safety netting just for being a Pokemon game.
One of the dumber things is how they drag out adding already existing Pokemon as later updates.
Compare that to another GPS AR monster collector mobile game with Yo-Kai Watch World. That mobile game came out several years ago yet its base game started with the entire roster of Yo-Kai Watch 3 obtainable in it. Both these games reuse the models from main series, so the superior animation fidelity of YKW games carries over to these mobile games. Bear in mind YKW3 is a 752 monster game. YKW World has had monthly content updates that have introduced completely new or variants of Yo-Kai that fit the seasonal theme, adding onto the monster count while Pokemon Go just pads things out. That's just one example of Pokemon Go doing something dumb. Another would be how trading and battling took two years to be implemented after launch despite that being advertised and a big part of Pokemon to begin with. Alot of people just forgive it for things like that just because it's a Pokemon game.
The reason why I bring all this up is because this new Niantic game won't have all the safety nets and shields from criticism by virtue of not being a Pokemon game if they do dumb things on that level.
Pry Into the Void looks quite nice with those sprites and I loved that raptor riding bit of that Paleo Pines game. Will definitely check out that already funded Kickstarter too.

I'm so happy because I always wanted a Pokemon go style pet breeding genetic video game and it finally happened. When periot come out I'm playing that game forever. And it a official Niantic game so I should last longer than harry potter game because wb owned it.
I'm so excited to breed for cool hybrid alien puppies with people. Hopefully we get a release date

Their kickstarter launches this month, they have a tabletop simulator demo you can play, and they have a podcast that goes into the basics of the game and the creator's thoughts and commentary about creating the game and it's lore.

I really like monster raising games, I hope the new Niantic and monster rancher are not super annoying pay to win and actually playable, I would even prever that the monster rancher was pay to play to be honest
