It's weird and might be just my personal situation, but I do get slightly annoyed by not really getting the point of those supporters being mentioned all the time.
Can't do much about it, it might help if someone would finally explain why this is done.
Beside them being able to feel proud of themself I couldn't think of a reason yet.
I just started Lumentale and im not having fun. I'm looking for ingredients, the character hates mons, and there's a long scene with this mysterious guy I found. Personally, if you want me to enjoy lore, throw in some core gameplay too

Cassetbeasts supporting mods is awesome. Mod support helps extend the life of pretty much any game, even if only by a little.

oh man what an episode of monster taming news! I'm very excited for Cassette Beasts and Nexomonn 3, unfortunately i won't be able to get Cassette Beasts for a while but i'll definetely try to get it before the end of the year. I tend to wait for discounts on games, and i rarely ever buy games around launch. This year i also gotta look out for other games i'm waiting for (HK Silksong, Hades II and Darkest Dungeon II being the big 3). Shame about Lumentale, i barely touched the demo but i liked what I saw.
When I ran the kickstarter for my TTRPG (not monster taming but I do want to do one of those) I funded but did have people back out from time to time. It’s common for kickstarters. Some folks get really excited for a project and back for more than they can afford. Then when they realize they won’t have the funds they back out. That could be the case. Of course, trolling is a thing too. I’m just saying it could be something else hopefully.
