Do you know of any monster tamer games like pokemon (with the turn base style where and where it’s just your monster vs the other across from you) for whatever reason I never could get into the ones that are set up like final fantasy
Also anything similar to monster rancher (loved that game)
I liked nexomon but wasn’t into the art style much and I liked the idea of the cassette one.. but I can’t stand the designs lol

As a huge digimon fan I want that game but I have a Mac and an IPhone so I have to hope this game gets a version compatible with either of those systems, preferably IOS 😅

Meh, it's a shame the genre is so lackluster as much as I like it.
Most projects just do not appeal to me.
And the ones that look even remotely decent to me aren't innovative in a way that seems fun at all.
Maybe some day I will see a new one that I'll enjoy, but today is not that day.

I hope Digimon is taking notes. I really hope more games come with creature raising mechanics, like Digimon world and next order. Those were really cool!
I was excited for Digimon but c'mon man I know the series was the grandfather of V-pets but I just wish we could let go of the rebirthing (resetting progress!) mechanic altogether! Monster Rancher had me burnt out of that mechanic with getting to a high level tournament only for the guy to die and then have to wait for next years tourney. Digimon world next order had a similar problem with all of the early game grinding I had to do. Just let us keep the thing already and give us incentive to reset rather than the excuse "oH wElL nOw YoU cAn TrY sOmEtHiNg DiFfErEnT!". How bout you let me have a life outside of the game how bout that? It's just a lazy way to extend gameplay. EDIT: Gotta edit this cause I'm getting a lot of repeat comments. To be clear I UNDERSTAND that that is the core game mechanic, other people find it fun and I can understand why people find it interesting. My point is I am tired of the same formula being their staple to these game and want something new like how A LOT of Pokemon players want a Pokemon game similar to Palworld or at the very least change up the turn based system (like cmon what are we doing?).
I'm kinda hesitent to try that Digimon-Fangame, because time in it also runs, when you're not actively playing it. Which doesn't really work with my workschedule during the week. However I decided to get Pimon and I'm looking forward to Bagdex as well!

That Digimon game looks kinda cool but when are we going to get the next Digimon Cyber Sleuth type game?? We know its a thing, being worked on, but we dont know when it will be coming out and i am REALLY looking forward to it!

What sucks is graphically, most these games do not look appealing to me. Now I'm not asking for Legends Arceus or Palworld level graphics, but something more along the lines of TemTem, or Moonlighter, or even Pokemon Gen 5 level of graphics

Also monster crown finally did a patch for the ps4 so you can actually play and use the monster box
