For the new chest Pokemon it reminds me of Voltorb, Why? Because Voltorb looks like a Pokeball so in the world, the developer could trick you into getting the item but it's a Voltorb Battle. The Chest could be used the same way if someone does a chest in the overworld with the same colour scheme.
