  1. A really fun battle report, to me the god-models seem to be a bit over valued when it comes to their points. For 720 points, I thought Kragnos would do more. Similarly, Nagash is one of my fave models but doesnt bring enough for 900 points.

  2. Great video. As a new Ironjawz player I’ve also found the tuskboss to be too expensive. It’s better now he can take traits and I’ll still run one every game because he’s so cool.

  3. Awesome to see some monster mash!! The gouger would have been dead turn 1 if you remembered thast Crushing Hoooves does d3+1 at the charge! At least if he had 9 taken before that attack, at least I think that is what I heard.

  4. Not that it matters a lot, but they already changed it so that the Tuskboss can take command traits and Artifacts similar to the Mega Bosses:

"Page 85 – Ironjawz Command Traits, Brutal Warlords Change the keyword restriction line to: ‘Megaboss and Tuskboss only."

"Page 85 – Ironjawz Artefacts of Power, Da Boss’s Hoard Change the keyword restriction line to: ‘Megaboss and Tuskboss only."

I agree though, it's way too expensive and the attack profiles has so few dice rolls making it extremely inconsistent.
Another change about its monstrous ability (Carve the path) is that you can now charge after going through, even if you're within 3" of another unit (both erratas from october 26th)
