There should be a ice area because in the beta, we had cool drinks and hot drinks. Cool drinks probably for the oil basin and hot drinks for the icy area.

SO FOR THE DECAYING MONSTERS BONE PILE.
I have harvested from a dead monster bone pile. I think it wasnt working well in the beta due to the fact that we are forced to play online everytime which changes our instance everytime we play. Hopefully when we play on release on our local machines, it saves/remembers our instances so that monsters we killed will still be there. I also think the decaying process differs in the size of the monsters, smaller ones turn to bone pile quicker than the larger ones.
So yeah, Im beyond excited for this game and to be playing it even solo.
If blade wyvern becomes a category, seregios needs to be reclassified 😂❤

watching this after reading the data leaks is something else lmao, nice to see all the speculation ppl have been making now that we can sorta compare what we got right
calling it now. the switch axe is from a yet to be revealed Ahtal-ka with the gen6 Monster Hunter treatment/upgrade, or Seltas Queen.
A couple of extra things.
Barrel bombs we found in the beta there is no way to put them away once taken out.
Sneak attacks you can do one anytime the monster is not paying attention to you. this is not limited to the first hit or the terf war. You can do another one every time the monster leaves the zone.
Rathalos watch, recently came out with more leak audio. With a lot new secrets
I saw doshaguma turn to a bone pile and a deydau disappear so i think its just not working as intended yet.
I don't know about the large monsters, but I had a Ceratonoth turn into a Bone Pile during the beta. The name that popped up was "Bone Pile (Ceratonoth)"
The smaller monsters would decay over time and I explicitly remember mining bones from one of them. I'm not sure why this didn't apply to the larger monsters, could be a beta thing

So there’s actually 6 maps 5 basic maps one being the snow map and another area called the wall then the last one is the final boss arena…and the returning monsters are rathalos, extinct Rathalos, rathian, yian garuga, seregios, fulger anjanath, extinct fulgar anjanath, gore magala, gypceros, and last but not least NERSCYLLA…and also in a later DLC we are getting Mizutsune and Zinoger….what do you guys think about this returning monster roster?
