The sneak attack can be used Simultaneously from all players. But we didn't test if the damage is the same just split. The same thing is the R1 on the wound.

In regards to the monster weak points, after rewatching the Scarlet Forest gameplay I noticed Congalala gets a weak point on his rear, but only when he farts
I wouldn't be surprised if demon ammo has the same non-stacking effect as might seeds or demon powder. Why have an entirely separate weapon when you can slot a single item.

I didn't even check on demon ammo. that is actually useful. I think I will go full support with HBG and shoot buffs.Does someone know which buff slot it occupies?
I like the addition of the lure pods. Cause I'm already usually yelling "Fight me you coward!" while playing anyways.

Genearlly, if you are making wounds on a monster mid mount, you want to do the mount finisher on the parts of the body taht are harder to reach. There's not point in doing the mount finisher on the head if it's easily reached when you could close a wound on the back. Not to mention the value of easier to reach wounds for the other players on the team that may need the wounds more than you do. Some weapons really want or dam near need wounds to function. Worst offender here is IG, in a fight like rey dao, getting 1 of the 3 buffs can be way harder than it should be. This means that weapons that only get some damage in from wounds really have no business breaking them. Same for things like LS, where breaking multiple wounds at once is utterly worthless because you're hovering between yellow and red anyway so more than 1 wound/spirit level is wasted on you. Hollow is also very wrong, power axe mode is super easy to trigger so you don't need wounds at all. All you need is to perfect guard once and press your light attack input so triangle on PS5. That's literally it. it's so easy to get power axe mode, without wounds.
The oasis has another camp that's even closer and perfectly safe. It's underground, just by the cave entrance that opens out to the oasis.
Congalala's butt has that too, when he farts, so maybe every monster has something like this.

I kind of hate that they focus on weapons and environment so so so much. Outside of t he weapons combat is frankly pathetic. The game just prevents you from playing the game, constantly, at every turn, even to the point where gunlance combos are now automatic, hit 2 buttons and hit 6 times. Like wtf
Do u think there will be monsters that can disappear from our map. Since they brought back paint pods. Maybe it’s just for herd monsters to pick out the alpha but usually u just look for the biggest monster plus the icon marking it but maybe full game won’t be marking it. Idk curious thing to have if they only intend it to be used on alphas of a pack.
In the beta, you couldn't craft lure pods. The only way to get more was from seicret's pouch during an alpha doshaguma hunt. Hopefully that changes.
In the beta I was legit swapping weapons when I didn't feel like sharpening lmao. I've been playing mh for years so I'm good with a decent chunk of weapons now so it was funny when my switch axe ran out of juice and sharpness dropped 2 levels and I just switched to a charge blade that I had max phials in
Will there be any open beta for this ? Would love to get some friends to try it without having to buy in.
