for Hunting horns offset, you can store notes during bubble too. so if you use bubble you can press yellow red yellow then you just need one more white to store offset.
Another nice thing about the Lance triple poke is that mixing in a high poke allows to have the triple poke one hit earlier

Hh offset isn't as long. Overhead can play a second bit and back and a button is a little fast stab of that note. So overhead plays yellow and red small stab for another yellow and follow that with white. Voilà ready.
My issue with Focus mode is that it functions so much like a Target Lock On now that my positionings from the previous games are getting affected. It would be great if I have the option of having Focus mode off but I believe it would be such a core mechanic in Wilds that its going to be something we cannot do without. Is this what every new generation feels like for old hunters?
Insect glaive got downgraded tbh.
About the insect glaive, the charge attack can be used mid air (jump) to get a descending thrust like in world, and then follow up with the kinsect attack as the ground charged attack
Does bow no longer have you crafting coatings ? Cause maybe its the beta but i swear its now a gauge you build up and have to manage
I found Kinsect Glaive really hard work till i found the super move then it just all came together
Just done the first quest ready to free roam. Went into the tent to change my outfit. Twice it totally froze my series x. I mean totally all I could do was unplug it. I'm apprehensive about having another shot now. Any suggestions?
I had a quick shot of this, well an hour. You are all talking about the combat lile theres multiple combos and all this depth to the combat. It feels brutally slow and basic combat. Its 2 buttons to hit. Am i missing something?
I rarely touched Dual Blades before, but I must admit they felt really nice and responsive in Beta, much more than in IB.
I'm happy that you pointed out the SnS perfect guard feeling really impactful. So many people were overlooking that I think, but now that we've been able to get our hands on SnS, I find myself looking forward to making a guard up/offensive guard build. It feels so much better than Dark Souls rolling around the monsters constantly.
I told myself that I would try different weapons this game. That I wouldn't just keep going back to SnS, but it's just sooooooo satisfying. That said, I'm also enjoying Lance this game. LANCE! OF ALL THINGS! The overall Lance player count may finally break triple digits in Wild! 😂 Seriously though, it's fun.

Love hunting horn, i missed that feelings of old gen hunting horn move and World moveset so that's A+ for me.
20:48 Bow, I don't like this refill ammo bar mechanic. it just reeks simplification, dumbed down tbh. what's wrong with coatings that they have to remove it? well they didn't remove it, you need to do something to refill that.. ammo bar somehow. Still, I don't get it, out of bowgun ammo/ coating? just run around a bit, grab those resources and let that auto-combining feature do it for ya.
Honestly, I felt insect glaive with a downgrade instead of renewal. It felt sluggish for me, and keeping it from flying like before kinda of destroy it's personality. And ls got one million buffs, yay
