Relatively newcomer here. Played Risebreak and loved it. Currently playing world. Just beat Nergiante(took me probably 15 times, but had skulls on 1/3 of those and couldn't finish). Can't wait for Wilds!

these are the best fire effect i've seen thus far (no, i'm not talking about the fire laser)! makes me hope Rathalos will have the same fire effects with his attacks.

God, he's just a big beautiful boy. High definition Gravios is everything we've ever needed. I love the detailed rocky bits on top of his hide. I need the rest of January and all of February to go away so I can play Wilds.
Fun fact, you can see that Gravios' spikes vent out excess heat after certain attacks, like the stomach roll for example where steam shoots off from the holes on top of his back (which would mean that these are dorsal SPIRES). And that ain't just the Bow's tracking shots. It's especially prominent during the period where he just lays against the ground to recover from the belly flop. Much hazier and misty. Such a cool little detail. You can also see steam shoot out around his neck/head after the fire beams, and sometimes you'll see the spires around his tail expelling steam after repeated tail swings. Capcom's cooking, man.
seeing the bow skin pattern and ice makes me think of Legiana line, but I do hope thats wrong theres cooler ways it can go.
If we are gonna get elder dragons in wilds base game I really want to see namielle, it's not that I even love her all that much it just feels right to me idk
We can't get Gravios without Basarios, don't give us the father without the son.
I'm happy with any monster we haven't seen in 5th Gen. I do have a list of ones I'm hoping for though…
Tetsucabra, Zamtrios, Great Maccao, Malfestio, Duramboros, Gammoth, Ukanlos, and Najarala. Ignoring Elders in my wishlist atm, since they have mentioned the focus of Gen 6 isn't Elders like it was in Gen 5. I would like to see some new additions to some of the smaller larger monster classifications, like a new Fanged Wyvern, Piscine Wyvern, and
TemnoceranNeopteron.Really depends on what the 4th zone is, Forest or Snowy Tundra. If there is a 5th zone odds of a lot go up, but I do like how little of the returning monster cast we know of so far. We know of 17 Monsters so far, 6 are returning (really 4 since 2 are the Raths).

If gravios is in the game, then akantor might also be added since akantor's main preys are gravios. Just imagine their turf wars
16:28 did that rathian actually got staggered by the hipcheck of a gravios thats about to die? 😂 Not to mention that rathian did a lot of attacks against the gravios but she hasn't staggered it
Hope they also add basarios so we can fight a family of rock solid monsters. Two gravios and two basarios in a single pack is gonna be a challenge

Gravios and Gypceros being in this game really makes this game feel like old monster hunter. Updated and combined with Worlds Vibes. The environments we’ve seen and these monsters all feel like both old and new monster hunter.
Also, 90% that bow looks like Legiana
They really gotta work on the variants. Just being a different color is lame. “Black gravios” why not “Oiled up Gravios” in oil well basin? Where’s my greased up deaf guy???
To this day, I'll never forget my buddy and I fought a gravios in MHFU that was so large, we couldn't hit his belly on a down swing using a longsword

Still would love to see Odogaron, Anjanath(of course), Nergigante, The Magala Family, All Rathians and Rathalos Versions, Diablos(Like Anjanath some kind of must have), Bazelgeuse, Lunastra and Teostra, Glavenus, Tobi-Kadachi and Mizutsune.
And sure I know we wont get them all.
But well, I would love to see more big monsters from the start as in World, rather close to what we have had in Iceborne.

5th gen hunter here, the fight feels like slow but long… honestly not much fond of those, I don't have enough patience 😂😂😂, but the animations look really awesome. Will be enjoyable to fight, not to farm, is what I think.
