It will be the 15th weapon and it will be called the Greater Sword.
That chicken monster and having camps you set yourself and customize, and having crossplay seems like some of the devs may have played and got inspiration from Wild Hearts.
I jokingly kinda hope the 15th weapon is the return of the Prowlers, though something completely different would be neat too!

Hey i love watching your videos but and i know its your channel you can do as you please, but it would be nice if you didnt spoil new monsters in the thumbnail because some of us are trying to avoid to many monster reveals now that the launch date is confirmed

About the ticket. Are the quest that have been going on at the events……considered an "Event hunt" in game? That may explain them getting a ticket.
(TL;DR there will be a brand new mountain dragon who is a dalamadur-like giant serpent dragon who is the river dragon from the Tale of the Five. Each generation of monster hunter has a new mountain dragon.)
Here’s my prediction for monster hunter wilds. In the new world, the rotten vale is made of the corpses of two Dalamadur. There are also meteors in the rotten vale odogaron nest, and the wild spire waste rathian nest. If you look at the giant map, the ravine looks like a giant snake and there is even a tear on the map that looks like a giant skull. In the story loading screen, there is also a giant serpent and goes across the bottom and upper-left of the screen with a guy on a boat riding its back. My theory is that the Dragon of the river in the tale of the five will be another giant water serpent dragon. Also, something I’ve noticed is that there is a new mountain dragon every generation. In one it’s Lao Shan lung. In two it’s Yama Tsukami. In three it’s Shen mohran. In four it’s Dahren Mohran. In five it was Zorah Magdaros. Going off of literally nothing but its size, I think the water serpent dragon will be the new mountain dragon in generation six.
Something I’ve noticed also is that they talk a lot about the river in the windward plains that leads to the scarlet forest. I wonder if under the river might be the water serpent dragon. It would be kinda cool to see a giant elder dragon breaking through the ground with massive tremors permanently altering the winderward plains making the river larger as the final boss!
Getting tired of being baited with "demo release" crap in the titles…like can we just not? Anyways the armor was pretty and the fake gammoth sound was sad but it would be cool if we get a snow map to have it there.
Gammoth….yay….the slowest…largest….least threatening of the 4….Seriously, id rather them delay the game and come up with more new monsters that have unique gimmicks or better..more predator like behavior ( Lunagaron was a perfect example of what they CAN do with a monster) rather than just…. a giant vacuum cleaner. Sorry, but Astalos is hyper aggressive, and Mizutsune is gorgeous and fun to fight, and Glavenus is just an amazing encounter. Gammoth is that special kid who collects spores. Yawn.
Another video made me think of this, but I do think we will Deviljho make a return in wilds eventually. Not necessarily in base game but at some point. To me, it's behaviors and fighting style match up with wilds new mechanics too well to not return (i.e. wounds reopening when enraged similar to Doshaguma)

I am thrown back to my childhood when hearing Gammoth roar, its so great, i instantly get the feeling back from fighting him back then.
i want a demo release date but i also want a new local to be shown (snow i guess) and the decorations system to be explained fully or at least better.
9:35 other monsters have been seen with these in the quest rewards; they aren't a one-time thing either, but rather a material item as people have been getting several of these in the demos, with the average seeming to be 4 or 5 per hunted large monster. While their exact use hasn't been confirmed, I suspect you'll be able to use these as replacements for other materials or they're used for special types of armor. The reason I think the latter is because this game has Frontier's devs on it, and Frontier loved to have a bunch of equipment tied to a variety of tickets.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I think the devs are bluffing us and this event will be the showcase of a brand new 15th weapon. And what better way than to showcase it than to hunt an elder dragon with it.
