  2. The cutscene issue was really only a problem for exactly that, quests with cutscenes, a tiny fraction of the game even in co-op. Of course people who played thousands of hours would know that, but tourists who only played the story and not much else would harp on about it like the minor inconvenience that it is is the end of the world.
