Play the video in 1080 HD at .25 speed. From the camera perspective, the position of the lead truck suggests it was just ahead of the explosion on the rising grade of the bridge. The downed bridge spans are on the level sections. There is little vehicle debris shot out horizontally towards the camera. Other pictures show what appear to be pieces of asphalt and cement. The second truck was obviously not the source. A “second” explosion is difficult to see, but is probably the blast wave bouncing off the water and back up. Perfect for adding to the force of explosive energy and lifting sections of the bridge up and dropping them. The time was exactly at 06:03:00 local time per another surveillance footage. I would suspect this was sabotage and a timed detonation from below the bridge. If people believe the narrative it was the truck exploding, great! That favors the saboteurs to do it again from below. 😉
