  1. So based off seeing this here's some nerd stats: just like how bap window, mercy damage boost, and ana nano can affect your damage but don't stack, this effect will change it that same way.

    Damage dealt is what all these change, and since almost every damage increasing ability does this, they do not stack. Example, 100% +30% +50% for 180% damage, if you have mercy boost and nano boost, but if you have necrotic orb, its the previous number, minus 75% (180% -75%, for a total of 105%).

    A seperate "damage booster" is damage recieved, which can be increased by zenyatta by 25% or halved when nanoed (a 200 hp genji hit by a 140 damage cassidy headshot takes 70 damage) so for percentages, 100% +25% (zen orb) -50% (ana nano) is 75% total.

    So now that we've covered the two effects on damage, theres the necrotic orb. If you shoot through a bap window, you deal 200% damage, but with necrotic orb that becomes 125% damage. This means you'll do roughly the same damage, if not a little more, easily negating the weakened effect.

    Now, lets say zen is 5 orbing you with discord, if he is weakened, he first will deal 25% of the normal damage, then the target will recieve 125% of the damage dealt. But this is too theoretical, leta get the example. Zen does 480 damage to the head with a fully charged volley and no effects. A quarter of 480 is 120, then multiply that by 125% (add another quarter of 120, which is 30) to get 150 damage, or barely more than would already be dealt.
