Thank you for watching, I hope people actually watch the video first & realize this is not a malicious attack on anyone. If Link being a gay or trans icon brings happiness, then I support it.
But at the same time people are clearly tired of having this stuff pushed in their faces. We need to build bridges so we can understand each other, so hopefully this video brings that across.
Them only seeing Kit as trans is a perfect example of how small minded these people really are. They don't enjoy Kit's story because its something new to think about, and something that they could never experience in reality. They only enjoy it if they can find a way to make it look just like them. Because, as always, narcissists never want to see new things. They only ever want to see themselves reflected in a mirror.
Though, this is also about taking control. They want to make characters like Link part of their cult ideology, because that way, they can claim ownership, and make the rules. Right now, its only "implied" that hes trans. But if they got their way, they would change canon and actually make him trans.
And, of course, despite constantly preaching the need for inclusion, they will then end up excluding everyone that isn't part of their "community". That is the primary mechanism behind "get woke, go broke" after all…
Remember when movie show a scene where a madman stand aside the road with the sign wrote "The end is nigh" ? Woke activists are similar to that man except the sign wrote "I know it's not but I beg you believe the end is nigh"

I had saw a video in the past from someone who said something about Guts bein Queer and whatnot I just didn't really understand that fiasco really so I had disagreed nicely and said that maybe Griffith could be all of those things but not really Identify as them because he just did things as he pleased… Not fully subcommand by modern human emotions but yeah demon time.
It's not that i don't want trans people to exist, i just know they don't. There are men, women and people with genetic birth defects called intersex. Calling yourself something doesn't make it real. I could say i am a fluffyduffy, that doesn't make it true.
Another problem is, that a lot of people don't even believe in the concept of truth anymore, that's why arguing with people feels so useless now.
The self inserting issue be crazy man like I get all of these interests and weird kinks some of these self inserting people do all the time and whatnot I really do and I hear them and get the vibes all the time when I'm just by listening to them and all of that and try to put myself in there place and shoes but when I do that and just look back at it having such secondhand cringe because I would do that back then with the colorism of some characters and simply just thinking why weren't there anymore of this or that and whatnot and displayed that on previous characters that were already made but cringy enough grew out of that weird phase that I no longer desire to go back to and just try to appreciate the characters that came out originally on their own and whatnot you know if they ever had any actual original characters for people of different racial backgrounds and gender to orientation groups expanded upon an end where everybody could be happy you know and I mean written in a canonically way originally for us then I think we'd all be happy and everyone would win yes??? I'm talking about a happy story as a (Happy Ending) to that case but really I just don't honestly see that happening for some people or at least for some I no longer wish to speak on of such dogma that I have gone at an awe endlessly left in a void of no return.
But yeah if you can find something you enjoy, makes you smile and happy, or life changing even then just go with that because that is all that matters in my opinion.
The topic or thing on having an escape from reality I think can be relied on whatever you seek your mind on doing as it can be endless or limited depending on who you ask mainly.
Is Link gay or trans? No. But is he a gay icon? Yeah, why not. He breaks traditional gender norms which allows more customizable outfits. It aids in people who want Link to represent how they feel which includes male, female, trans and gender non-conforming gamers. This goes for all the other Zelda games too as stated in this video.
I appreciate your content are because strong advocate for not having beliefs,agendas,politics and other woke stuff and you have stated numerous times how politics and agendas should not be pushed into entertainment, but you also state how the people who give more effort pushing their agendas and beliefs into the games,movies and etc. and because of that the quality in video games and movies have dropped because they are too focused pushing their agenda rather than producing actual good content
My other comment was lagging and I had a lot to say but in case in point I'll make this very short and simple, Link looked pretty cool as his normal self in BOTW1 and so did he carry on the same way kind of in BOTW2 but he had a bit of longer hair in that one and started off with a skirt after the opening sequence carried on and I had just thought that was funny you know and chop it off as some (trap) thing others online would make a meme joke of later from twitter threads, any other kind of platorm that does weird lewded shippings and whatnot you know or just in places like R34 & PH for places like that that have their kinks, fetishes, and just implying being nasty have their stuff being represented now if anyones not happy with that I just don't know what else to tell you
