  1. Seams to me that a line hooked to the mother ship would always tell you where it is. Why would they not hook a line to it, drop it straight down ? Idk praying they find them.

  2. The only way to get the sub up is to put another sub down there & hitch a tow rope to it & tow it up.
It’s actually easier to perform a rescue in space, then under water.

  3. Dude, get James Cameron there. He’s a Nat Geo resident explorer. He’s made 12 dives to the wreck & knows better than just about anyone. He’d be able to tell where it’s most likely to get hung up on something.

  4. There’s been Russian & other countries submarines that have sunk to the bottom of the ocean in way more shallow water that they weren’t able to rescue the people. And that’s happened in the last 5-10yrs.

  5. The CEO literally said it’s controlled by a $34 game controller. And that he didn’t want “50yr old white men” as pilots, but people who are “inspiring”. He said “anyone could pilot it”.

  6. Thing is the air supply countdown does not matter, dont they have to bring them up slowly at that depth, over hours? I dont know if they can pass oxygen to them but these subs are pressurised or something, so they wont be able to transfer them out.
