Brilliant update James, great to see the team working so well. It must be frustrating when it's one breakdown after another, I guess that's all part of running the farm. Could you not source bearings and seals from an independent supplier? I saw Andrew Wards video this morning, very impressive to see the challenger working the 12 metre cultivator. When I get stuck for seals, I try companies like SKF UK. Very few seals are specialist to one machine manufacturing company.
How many acres are you cultivating in 24 hours. Sounds like serous average getting covered

Hi James , as always a good update, on the issue of tyre's. I worked for a large company responsible for 36 vehicles in a depot, working 7 days a week we found most economical and reliable way was to have spare rims ready to run with tyres fitted , from memory 8 or 9 sizes. With a puncture wheel/ tyre would be swapped and the flat repaired by a fitter ready for next time. It meant we always had a rim a fitted tyre ready run on any vehicle 7 days a week giving a quick turnaround even at 6.00am sunday morning. We found we needed 2 or 3 tyre and rims for the vehicles we ran the most of. Just an idea but it definitely saved ££s
