  1. MARK!!!! Morning walking in the mall IS a thing out here!! I was walking in the mall here in Laughlin mornings and now those c*** ****ers turned off the AC!!!!!!! Only about 5 stores left so I guess it was inevitable, but still.

  2. Too many guys out there that become vulnerable when they get involved with an attractive (younger usually) woman. You have to use your brain! Not with what is in between your legs! Think! Think! As one who has lived in Asia for years, there are many cons from these women to men! Especially older men. They are easier to con. Don’t use your emotions as the main driver of your fake relationship. You will be fooled as this poor guy got fooled. It’s ALL about the money! Always. With these women.

  3. I remember when the Monorail opened. It made zero sense that the MGM-LAS portion wasn't funded. I wondered why they put the turn around/return at MGM at the time. Hmm… Was it ever going to go to the airport?

  4. I Agree if want to cutback on floral dont add fake floral get rid of it totally.Incorporating fake plants and flowers will be just as expensive to dust and maintain actually more because of the manpower needed to help with it…Also fake floral loses appeal kind of quick..An idea I suggested awhile back in Vegas to a team member sell the flowers when time to change out and/or donate get whatever tax incentives & deductions.,.Majority of people love flowers
Amd as a gambler I dont do the touching the screen mojo..I only touch the screen if it is needed to play a bonus but for luck no, not my cup of tea…As a gambler belief and hope are my biggedt friends…

  5. As for the monorail, some good brainstorming will be needed..I am willing to attend a session to offer insight if you know a link I can go to…I like public transportation its what I grew up on, lived in the inner city caught bus and rail as much as I drive now which seemingly never ending…So loving to travel I enjoy riding other cities and states public transportation systems to compare them.Las Vegas is in my book good transportation system …The buses just needs unfortunately more present security may have to jnvolve tsa to help man..People today are pushy & rude where its all about them…For the Monorail to bad they didnt extend it to downtown like intended in Planning stages if I recall right I could be off a little…Yet with Formula 1 adding in things now can be a good time to get on the planning team to go ahead and still extend out to the airport (it is needed, a compromise will have to go in affect for the shuttle buses who do the round trips to & from the hotels), I havent looked good but on Las Vegas Blvd there are train tracks havent studied where they go but thats crossing & connecting opportunity, extend downtown, extend north and south overall to continue connecting your other cities like Henderson…With the baseball stadium construction underway as well as Formula 1 and some others I saw when last visit this past February..
Also question what is the name of the big mexican place on think was Palo Verde its around the corner off Tropicana Bovd it is perpendicular to Las Begas Blvd..It is red & white nicely lit. It looks like a hamburger fadt food at first glimpse, I made a wrong turn coming from Harrahs took the back way to get to Excalibur parking garage.
Thats all I got. Another good segment, thanks my work break over back I go😊

  6. I played Pachinko in Japan but was shoed away, told they were for little old ladies!

Whenever I hear knocking on the slots I just say in a snide voice “C’mon in, the door’s open!” But seeing that person really slapping the heck out of a slot… it should have a TILT function like pinball games; if you abuse the machine it TILTS and you lose your money. In this case, it should still allow a person to cash out credits, but the machine should RESET and credits played are lost. It should stop the abusers!

You can buy casino style carpeting from carpet stores. My local tribal casino replaces their carpeting every few years, changing the style every time.

The Mirage gives away different amounts each day. One day the VegasMatt off-camera guys were trying to win $43,000 each hour, they were playing the machines and one hit $67,000 on Buffalo. Neither got free cash though.

  7. I love the monorail. It’s the best way to up and down the strip. Why we don’t get a mayor and others in the local government to fix and expand things like this instead of just being a “face” of the city is appalling. System should have been upgraded and expanded to the airport 20 years ago! Denver, Phoenix, other cities are way ahead of running their cities better they have done it!!

  8. I bet they’re scared to bring different elements together…if the monorail extends to the airport or Henderson etc. it brings crime, the homeless, prostitution to areas outside of the Strip

  9. Not sure why but the carpet of a casino is a big deal to me it really can make the place either bland/dark or it can make it feel full of life-giving the casino a great ambiance. I think it's very important that casinos invest well in the carpet they choose. One of the worst that I have seen is Great Candian new casino in Toronto (Woodbine) lots of light colours in big patterns and always has visible stains. They like to brag that it's a Vegas-style casino but couldn't be further from the truth

  10. Pisses me off they just want us to throw all our money into the Casino and taking out all the fun activities away. I go there every year and loved enjoying the unique things you can do.

  11. Japan’s pachinko parlors also have slot machines. The Japanese pachinko slot machines (“pachi suro”) are different from Vegas slot machines because the player has to push buttons under each reel to stop it.

  12. The LV monorail isn't very good for big LVCC conventions because too many people are traveling one way and the other way at the same time. Plus businesses are willing to pay for cabs with less walking, nicer, … .

  13. Another excellent vid !
My first trip to Vegas july/aug 1975 was 115 everyday. The Landmark hotel used to have big digital sign on the roof alternating between time & temp. One day it hit 118 & the sign broke !! They say it never hit 118 – maybe at the airport. Have enjoyed more than 100 nights in Vegas but never again in summer. Last trip was the end of may 90/95 & low humidity was comfortable.

  14. Love the show. More fun MGM changes to top tier status members- no longer giving cash as the travel benefit.

Members that earn 200,000 Tier Credits between January 1 – December 31 qualify for up to $600.00 in Air Travel Credit for air travel to/from Las Vegas and members that were invited to NOIR based on spend and gaming qualify for up to $1,200 in Air Travel Credit for air travel to/from Las Vegas.
Effective August 1, 2024, the Air Travel Credit benefit will be reimbursed as either FREEPLAY or MGM Rewards Points. We are also pleased to announce that the benefit has added flexibility allowing qualifying members to redeem their Air Travel Credit benefit for air travel to/from Beau Rivage and for air travel to/from Borgata, in addition to MGM properties in Las Vegas.

  15. I'm a screen toucher. I'm not sure what started it for me, but I don't damage it, more of a playful touch. I hide some things with my hand to try to bring "good" luck, but it's mostly for fun. It might be a sensory response because the sounds at the casino are so loud to me and cause me anxiety done times, and touching the screen grounds me.
