If they're unable to get Drake, i want them to take it back to early 20s days with Penix and JJ. As if it was Dante and Moss.
The best landing spot for the rookie to be in is JJ McCarthy at pick 11, but the Vikings should trade down pick 23 for more day 2 draft picks. They shouldn't trade out from Round 1 late.

Good plan: Barton at 23, Penix at 11 if available, if not, Nix, if not there, trade down to 32 and take Rattler and Milton back to back. Too costly to trade up. If we get Penix, select Brennan Armstrong at 232, another big lefty QB with great potential.
