Again, as always, a very interesting video, the last time I was in Hamburg was 1973, sadly this exhibit was still a long time off.
However, did manage to see Stream still working into Hamburg Haupt Bahnhof, my ship was in Bremerhaven, tank cleaning and washing, due to our next cargo being 10, tons of various grades of engine oil.
Bound for Durban, Mombasa and Port Sudan (Red Sea).

Interesting about the track cleaning. So what method. I assume they won't spray the track, and then use the track rubber, or is the track rubber sprayed with the cleaner.

Took my dad on a car and train museum European tour for his 80th birthday. And wonderland was on our list and we spent a full day. Third people in and the locked the door when we left. Truly wonderful setup.

When you visit Miniatur Wunderland take the two behind the scenes tours, it is worth it.
You should get Modellu to do a 3D scan of Siddy Holloway and then give Grumpy a miniature version!!!!!
Thanks, Dawn. Much more developed than in the last video I saw of it. I wouldn't think a water-based window cleaner would have done the track much good.

Using a Roco rubber then wiping with window cleaner makes sense. Roco track rubbers are less abrasive than some others on the market. The window cleaner is non abrasive and will help loosen any dirt and debris which is then wiped away.
An absolutely outstanding view of this model marvel. You and Grumpy have done yourself proud with the filming and presentation. As to British outline non availability of spares that doesn't surprise me. They don't seem to have that problem with continental models!! I wonder how Pete Waterman gets on with that problem and his large layout!! But it would be nice to see such an amazing exhibition of that size and quality in the UK. One can only but hope!!!!
